Spoke to the owner and it was a little late in the day for them. Most are sold to restaurants. I have to be back in Poughkeepsie Monday. She's going to save a half a dozen for me. The place looks very clean and well organized. I noticed that they had off to the side, the tongs and pizza serving trays. Go to any bakery in CDMX, and you'll see the same thing.
