Needless to say, I highly recommend her and will definitely return as needed! Her staff is equally kind and professional. If you are looking for a wonderful Dr., experience...all of the above, then don't hesitate, make the call!! You will so be so glad that you did! :) THANKS SO MUCH, Dr. King!!!!

I read the reviews beforehand and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately my…read moreexperience was very disappointing. I came prepared with a detailed written timeline, progression photos, product history, and prior testing results in hopes of making the appointment as productive and efficient as possible. Despite this, the visit felt extremely brief and I was quickly told I needed to seek care elsewhere without much discussion of potential next steps, differential diagnoses, or interim treatment options. My photos and prior patch testing results were not meaningfully reviewed. What upset me most was the delivery and bedside manner. Difficult or complex cases sometimes do require referral to larger centers, and I understand that. However, I left feeling dismissed rather than supported. At one point, while I was still reclined and partially undressed from the exam, I was essentially being told there was nothing further she would do to help me locally. When I became visibly upset during the appointment, she responded by asking, "What do you want me to do?" At that point, I did not feel guided, heard, or cared for as a patient dealing with an ongoing and distressing condition. The referral process itself also felt inconsistent and confusing. The seriousness of my case was emphasized by comparing the referral to a primary care physician sending someone to oncology. However, when I asked how to actually pursue the referral, I was simply told there was a 1-800 number and that "there are commercials for it all the time, and it's only 4 hours from here." That contrast made the interaction feel dismissive rather than coordinated or supportive. I left the appointment angry, emotional, and defeated. Patients dealing with chronic visible skin conditions are often already vulnerable, and compassion and communication matter just as much as medical expertise.

The right pharmacist was…read moreinstrumental navigating rx vendor and insurance some months back when an life threatening issue called for very expensive medicine temporarily. Recently, one staff got a couple items for us while we were waiting in the car on a prescription to get filled. This was quite helpful as in addition to situation above earlier 2019, I have been sick with influenza A/copd since before Christmas this season and didn't want/need to come in. The only thing I could wish for is all the staff were as consistently competent and polite under pressure as the majority of staff are. That said, you have a range of quality service anyplace.

Insane. Deny or delay. The last visit 4/22/26 the pharmist told me 30 mins When I called. I said you're telling me that at 11am i can pick up my script, no probs and no delays? He said yes. he here's my phone say this call is being recorded. He slams the phone down hanging up on me!! I go to the store at 11am. Wait 28 mins in line and then wait til I get my RX in hand bc if you say anything they don't like, they will refuse to fill it And call it Pharmacist discretion. So i ask the pharmacist why did u hang up on me when I called just bc you heard it say im recording? he said it was a accident lol. I said sir it's an old school plastic busn phone. You can clearly hear you slam it down. I am 13 days from major elbow tendon surgery that controls my fingers And in an immobilization brace. I'm legally temp handicapped. My left arm just had the exact same surgery done isn't even 100% 24 weeks ago. It's a 3/6 month recovery. I had them done back to back. So 13 days after surgery this pharmacist thinks he's caught lying on recording. My phone was in my rt hand against my left bicep until I look to make sure its recording. When I take my eyes off of him, he panics and snatches at my phone. See pics. He hits both hands and the phone. Phone screen cracked from compression cracks either my fingers or his squeezing so hard. Idk how I hung on. I don't but I'm glad I did n bc it woulda ended badly had he gotten it. Walgreens blames me and says I'm fishing to sue them lmao. Bc iv video'd every time I got a prescription to document the ada violations and discriminatio. Iv wrote the head of the legal dept and even text w him. I don't want the money from sueing them!! I want to walk in and get a prescription like everyone else. In and out. Treated equally!! They seem to think I'm the addict still that won't see this thru or can't afford to bang it out w them. I think my 5.5 yrs clean, full time plumber,no kids. Home. Nice car paid off w full coverage and 738 credit score says I'm not the addict you are estimating me to be. lol. Before you think oh you can't record in Walgreens. Sure you can, there's no expectation of privacy in public, the store can ask you not to record and if you'd don't complain you to leave but I have video of me and store manager discussing the issues previously about ada violations. Also notice their licenses are not in clear readable public view. They are above the drive thru window at multiple locations. Illeagal. My IP16 pro camera couldn't zoom in to read a name. Have the video to show too lol. Avoid like the plague and if you've been harrassed bc of your past and in recovery hmu.
