I completely understand that they required IDs but he simply could've said something along the lines of "I'm so sorry we unfortunately do require physical IDs" instead of being so fucking disrespectful and implying that I was some underage kid trying to pull one over on him. Lisa told me that an appointment would have to be made in order for me to be seen, but I explained my situation to her and she was nice enough to fit me in. I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in the door! Lisa's customer service is awesome and her work is impeccable! I originally was there for tinting, but she was done so fast that she had time to do my lashes before her next client arrived.
