I knew she was good when it took over six months to get in. I also follow her Instagram and there isn't one bad job posted. Every person's eyebrows look absolutely amazing. I love her because she has very strict rules for pre-care and post care which is great. She even microbladed her own eyebrows! The first initial appointment took a couple hours and really wasn't that painful - maybe just a little uncomfortable at times. I got mine done at her second location in Over the Rhine, Cincinnati Ohio. The procedure can last anywhere from 12 months to three years and is worth every penny.

I had to edit my previous review. I had an initial appointment with Jaqueline who did indeed do a…read moregreat job on my eyebrows. This comes with a however; the ink to my new eyebrow completely faded. I was ok with that because I knew there needed to be a perfecting session to ensure everything stuck. I had an appointment originally on July 12th for a perfecting session. Unfortunately I had something at work come up and needed to reschedule. I gave her almost two weeks in advance notice as I do not like to change things very last minute. Jaqueline agreed to he change. Come to July 26th appointment, I show up 15 minutes early as their profile on Google states they are open at 9am during their days of operation. I got to the door and notice all of the lights were off and the door was locked. I immediately emailed Jaqueline to let her know I was there. No response. My appointment was at 10am and I waited for her until 10:20. I emailed her again to let her know I waited 20 extra minutes (after driving half an hour to this establishment from my home) I gave her my phone number in case I did anything wrong, but also included a screen shot of our conversation in case I made a mistake. Jaqueline texted me back with a very "sincere" apology as well as a nice offer and to let me know we can reschedule. I tossed out a date but received no reply. I waited an entire week for a reply because we're all human. I got ghosted. Now I'm out $300 with no eyebrows and no faith in ever going back to any type of establishment that offers such a service because my trust has been completely broken and my feelings hurt. I do not recommend this establishment.

I requested a woman technician because I've been here once before (male technician) with a poor experience but wanted to try this shop again. They did not even start on my nails until 6:50 and they were not that busy. Second, at 6:50 - a male technician came over to start my pedicure. My toe polish ended up being ok but it was the worst pedicure experience - no massage, rude technician, no respect for time. Third, ADA did my nails and was very rude, did not file my nails down, continued to say my nails were too short, and ultimately left my nails looking SO THICK AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I literally told her to STOP and that I would have to file and finish my nails at home because they were so incomplete. DO NOT GO HERE. Please see the attach photo of how my nails looked when I walked out. Very unprofessional.
