The place is veteran owned and has been in business for a while! All the choices on the menu are mouth watering good! After serious consideration we settled on sharing the Trinity platter which came with brisket, spare ribs and sausage links. We opted out of the sausage and upgraded the platter with pastrami. The Texas Trinity platter also comes with choices of pickles, one small sized side, we had Mac and Cheese, and 2 rolls. The portions were satisfying and good to share. The meats, oh my! All were smoked and cooked to perfection! Moist, juicy, and tender! Even better, they were seasoned so well there is no need for the also perfect sauces they offer! What an amazing experience at Red White n Que Smoke House! From the friendly and attentive service to their amazing smoked meats! All was top notch real at this place! Check it out, it will not dissapoint!

I usually do takeout but this time we actually sat down and ate there and I'm glad we did. The food came out really quick and you could tell it was made fresh, straight from the kitchen to the table. Everything was hot and flavorful. My go to is the BBQ chicken platter with rice and fries and it never misses. The chicken is always juicy with a good char on it and the portions are more than fair for the price. It's definitely a small hole in the wall type of place, nothing fancy at all, but that's part of why people keep going. On the tables they have ketchup, mayo and hot sauce and when we asked they brought BBQ sauce too which I appreciated. Simple place, good service, fresh food and not overpriced. I'll definitely keep coming back

Felix, the manager, handled a minor issue with professionalism and urgency, which we truly appreciated. What stood out the most, though, was the owner, Larry, who took the time to personally visit our table. We learned so much about him--he's been with Texas Roadhouse for 16 years and has owned this location for the past 10. Hearing about his commitment to the community, including donations to North Plainfield High School and the challenges he overcame during COVID, was truly inspiring. You could feel his passion and dedication--it honestly gave us chills. It's rare to see that level of care and commitment to giving back. That clearly seems to be Larry's motto, and it shows. Definitely a place worth visiting. 5 stars!

The place has a Outback/Applebee's vibe to it. Since it was my first time, I ended up getting the combo, ribeye (12oz) and ribs and two sides ($32.99). My sides were the loaded baked potato (loaded $1.29) and chili. The chili was great, really hearty with lots of protein. I got my ribeye medium and it tasted really good and tender. They have steak sauce but wasn't needed. I was surprised it tasted really good. I highly suggest this place if you want tasty steak for a fair price.
