    Eggplant Panini Combo

For those looking for more vegetarian options, i went out on a limb and tried the eggplant panini with the Lau bou house salad and it was delish! The sweetie behind the register was super helpful and knew I wanted meat so made several suggestions and was very upbeat and it was super busy she was still attentive and provided dope service. Can't go wrong with a baguette and dill sauce I feel like that's a staple at La Bou!

Fabulous! Have been a La Bou fan for many years. Hadn't visited this La Bou since leaving the area several years back, but glad I returned for some great memories. This location is better than ever. Great food & wonderful coffee. Plenty of seating & the team working the location are very pleasant.

Very polite, delicious and kind. The ambiance is excellent. Is the food organic? The food tastes organic?

I went to La Bou today to get scones. They are the best! We had apricot and lemon scones and they were fruity and moist. This is my favorite place to get scones. I the gentleman that took my order was polite and nice. He even brought our order to the table for us which I appreciated. This is a very casual atmosphere. It's a nice place to get food and hang out. Will definitely go back

The baguette and dill dressing are a must to get if your at La Bou. They're absolutely amazing. The bread is nice and soft and the drill dressing is so unique and flavorful. For this visit, I got the tomato bisque, breakfast egg sandwich, Thai tea, matcha latte, and a baguette with dill dressing to go. The teas were on the sweet side for me, but my partner loved how sweet and creamy they were. Sandwich was a miss, but the soup was yummy! Extra notes: also love that they have senior Sundays, it's such a sweet gesture to the community! Updated hours are 7am-3pm for now.

La Bou is my go to for the Chinese chicken salad and baguette with dill sauce. Anything else that I ever ordered had been meh for me. The chocolate croissants are skimpy on the chocolate, tomato bisque leans on the sour side and their Panini sandwiches have a good amount of meat, but it is often soggy by the time I get home and the drive is not that far. The service is friendly, but there's been a few times where one or two items have been forgotten and I don't realize until after I get home.

Service wasn't great. When ordering they were out of almond milk and mango for the freezes. We ordered and sat and waited about 15 minutes. I was hungry and ready for a Chinese Chicken Salad but come to find out the register server, Lily, didn't add my salad. She added my drink but not the salad. Hubby had them print the receipt to make sure we didn't pay and it was missed. I didn't feel like waiting any longer for the salad, so we left and I ordered pickup from somewhere else. Other than that the place was nice, bathroom was clean, presentation of the desserts was good. They looked delicious.

There's a nice indoor area with tables and a couch, real plant vines hang from the ceiling. Through the many clean windows, EG Blvd. can be clearly viewed. There's a courtyard area on either side of the establishment that's well maintained with trimmed trees. There's space between the tables and it doesn't feel so crammed. Soft coffeeshop study music is playing in the background. The workers were friendly and the coffee came out fast even with a line but the sandwiches took over 20 minutes to come out. The coffee and food were at market prices; the sandwiches are larger than normal and easily shareable. Parking was easy thanks to the parking lot next door. The coffee was well balanced with many milk alternatives available and not overly sweet brown sugar or vanilla add-ons. The Turkey Panini was savory, the red bell peppers gave it a kick, and the bread was toasty. The Bacon (turkey) Breakfast sandwich was fluffy and It's refreshing to see this type of vibe in EG.

All the sandwiches were good but the bacon sandwich left a huge impact due to the fluffy eggs. The aioli they put on the sandwiches is amazing. One complaint is that they put so much arugula and some of them are uncooked so it's quite hard to chew and I ended up choking on some of them. Be prepared to wait for your sandwiches though. There's plenty of seatings inside and outside + lots of parking spaces. The cafe is super cute and they even have couches!

I also ordered a Croffle with Nutella. Our server added bananas and whipped cream. OMG. It was sooooooo tasty!!! She ordered an order of "Dirty Fries" that she had seen on Instagram. It was like a decomposed crab roll on top of perfectly cooked French fries. They made a non-meat option for people celebrating Lent. The service was amazing and the owner of the store even took the time to come chat with us. It sounds like they are opening up an outside seating area soon as well as offering a brunch menu. The gals behind the counter were awesome. They were busily working the whole time. The cafe was a little busy when we got there (10:22) and by the time we left (11:45), it was HOPPIN'! I did not like how the menu was chaotic. There are menu items on the screen above the register and then they had advertisements of other random items just on the glass. I ordered the Mango Sticky rice drink. I'm not sure it was even a drink?? It had sticky rice on the bottom and mango slush on top, so it was kinda like a drink but you needed a spoon for the sticky rice. What was annoying was that not only did you have to ask for a spoon, but the spoon they provided had a small handle for such a deep cup. It was just a sticky mess. I'm good off this place.
