I may change this review if I hear back from VW on this issue…read more.. After months of looking for a specific trim/optioned VW Atlas, we found one here. Though we felt we were being rushed, didn't want to miss out on another Atlas. After a few hours of negotiating, and one of the GM's coming in to make the deal somewhat in our favor, we purchased the car. With that, we were given a Carfax showing maintenance being done several times at this dealer. So it wasn't neglected for the most part. I've done most maintenance requirements on all my vehicles with no issues, especially as simple as an oil/filter change. And being this vehicle is out of warranty and no oil change plan, I would do the work myself. Upon taking the lower engine shield off, I saw oil on it, along with oil all around the drain plug and oil pan. Well I went ahead and began to drain the oil, noticing how difficult it was getting the drain plug off, and I had a feeling it was cross threaded of some sort. Upon full removal, it's obvious the last tech over tightened the drain plug, causing a lot of the threads to break loose and come off, resulting in oil leaking. These cars (Atlas) come with an aluminum oil pan, a soft metal, and easy to strip if not careful. The drain plug for the oil filter cover is also stripped, but the overall cover is easily removable thankfully. I've reached out to this dealer, the service dept has not reached back out, nor has their GM. The vehicle was serviced there in May, put on the lot for sale, which we bought in late May. It's unfortunate that the tech who did the work was negligent, causing damage that now needs repaired. I'm attempting a temp fix as I will have to order a new oil pan to fix the leak properly. Metal shavings are circled in red in the photos, those are the threads from the oil pan that were stripped off by the dealer's service dept.

The down payment wasn't too much ($1200) and my monthly payments are very affordable. To top it off, the car will be paid off in just 2 years. No hassle. No pressure. Straight forward. Easy. Usually the paperwork takes a long time at a dealers, but here it was super fast. Sat down, gave license, added car to insurance and provided proof then signed and out the door with the keys. It was seriously less than an hour! They know what they are doing and get it done fast. I drove old car home and they even followed with the new one so no second trips. Definitely did not have to do that and it was greatly appreciated. They offer many different financing options. I chose their in house financing. No issues or problems with any of that. Definitely the best buy here, pay here place I've went too and there was a few while car shopping. Kenner is AMAZING! You'll want to work with him! I would recommend them to anyone and if I'm ever looking for another car, they will be the first place I go to!

This is what the cabin air filter looked like. I purchased a 2015 Civic Si coupe a few years ago and it was the same way, not as bad but it was never changed. Seems to me like that should be the first thing changed considering it affects the interior smell of the car. Anyhow, just sharing. Don't get me wrong, their customer service department is impeccable! They are very attentive but not overbearing. I would gladly purchase another car from them after my Civic was totaled in a rear end accident. Honestly, They are the best dealership around. We did most of the paperwork online and over the phone so all we had to do is go, sign, and drive away. They just need to pay more attention to the little things.

Welp, 3 months later when I asked to use said warranty we got the run around of why we couldn't. So I went through all avenues to cancel the warranty. Here we are after perfect payments we traded the car in and this location will not honor returning the money for the warranty that we canceled back in 2022. They keep giving me the run around, only respond once week to emails. Give different amounts on what they will return. Then just send checks. They disregard ANYTHING you say or PROVE. They WILL MAKE EXCUSES AND ESSENTIALLY STEAL YOUR WARRANTY MONEY!! I have asked over and over to speak to the GM and get ignored. I will be contacting the news channels. This should no longer be allowed! They also damaged the rim while we were signing the paperwork. Then was supposed to replace it and never did!! THEY RIP YOU OFF

Our internet sales contact was Mackenzie who was responsive, easy to work with, and provided great service overall. The quality of the CPO vehicle was also better than some of their competitors. Of course when buying an pre-owned vehicle, the condition of the vehicle can vary. This dealership took definitely spent time prepping their CPO products. Their pricing was very transparent, no hidden dealer mark ups for an out the door price quote (which highly recommend for any vehicle purchases). The purchase process took about 45 minutes from beginning to end. Although the sales manager pitched an optional extend warranty, it was more of an educational approach take took about 5 minutes or so. I highly recommend this dealership, particularly Mackenzie!

I was basically trapped into agreeing to buy the car without seeing the monthly payment options. They do this by making you sign an informal paper to agree to buy the car if it met a certain guideline. I felt a little bullied and should have walked out. Good thing the financing worked out ok. Lesson here is to review everything and don't sign anything that's not formal. Safe to say I don't recommend this dealership and won't buy from them again.

**What's the Point of Making an Appointment If the Part Isn't Reserved?**…read more I scheduled an appointment several days in advance to have work performed on my Ram van\. At the time I made the appointment, the required part was available\. Because I travel for work, I took a half day off, and my wife drove separately to pick me up after I dropped off the van\. We both rearranged our schedules and used two vehicles just to keep this appointment\. When I arrived, I was told the part had already been given to another customer because the dealership handles parts on a **"first come, first served"** basis\. That simply doesn't make sense\. If a customer schedules an appointment while the part is in stock, it should be reserved for that appointment\. Otherwise, what's the point of making an appointment if someone else can receive the part first? I don't want to single out my service advisor because I understand they may have been following dealership policy\. I'd say about **80% of the responsibility lies with the dealership's scheduling and parts process, and 20% with the communication\.** I was told a text message had been sent that morning, but a text doesn't guarantee the customer actually sees it\. By then, I had already taken time off work\. A quick phone call or voicemail could have saved us an unnecessary trip, wasted fuel, and lost time\. Instead, we drove to the dealership only to be turned away, and no one could even tell us when another part would be available\. Appointments should mean something\. If the part is available when the appointment is scheduled, it should be set aside for that customer\. I hope management reviews this process so future customers don't have to waste their time over something that should have been easily prevented.
