I bought a Nissan Versa from them in April 2023 SOLELY to use the hatchback that literally failed one month later and is not repairable. THEN I've had to sink $2200 into the car since - all the while contacting them FOUR times and asking SPECIFICALLY - 1. is there a used car on your lot you can do a direct swap out for me? And 2. Please give me the EXACT amount of cash I need to walk in with to drive away with (specific car on the lot.). . THAT THEY SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE THE VERY NEXT DAY WITHOUT REACHING OUT TO ME FIRST. They never intended to do right by me though I continued to hold out hope that they would. And if they did it to me, they will do it to you.

The team here fit us on the schedule and we were able to drop our car off before heading off to vacation. When we returned 12 days later, the car was still not ready. Eventually, our car was ready 3 weeks after we dropped it off. This is no big deal, as they were waiting on parts for a while and provided us a loaner when we returned. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star review is because of the customer service. When your car is in the shop for that long, a technician should be reaching out every 2-3 days to provide an update. We had to reach out nearly every time and even then, would hardly get a definite answer on when the car was ready and what was wrong. We are used to small auto body shops who communicate with customers periodontally to provide updates. They can improve on this. Thanks for taking care of our major repair within warranty!

Seems to me like that should be the first thing changed considering it affects the interior smell of the car. Anyhow, just sharing. Don't get me wrong, their customer service department is impeccable! They are very attentive but not overbearing. I would gladly purchase another car from them after my Civic was totaled in a rear end accident. Honestly, They are the best dealership around. We did most of the paperwork online and over the phone so all we had to do is go, sign, and drive away. They just need to pay more attention to the little things.

They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I was leaking coolant and really worried. It took them forever to work me in, but when they did, I got the car in two days. I had a water pump that needed replacing, and all sorts of things that go with that. Took me just into 4-figures, and now I can drive it again (well, actually, there's a slew of other things too...). Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That means: A) They are busy, because customers are coming back, and referring others to them, and ...B) Porsches need a lot of TLC. That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!
