I called about an LG refrigerator I wish I had never bought, but that horse is out of the barn. I thought the cooling section was not running cool enough (the freezing section is (barely) okay). After explaining my observations, Steve explained some things about temperature variation in refrigerators and indicated it was probably doing the best it could. No repair would improve performance. He said he could come and look at it, but that would cost me a $90 service call and probably yield nothing. We discussed the situation a bit more and I decided to take his phone advice, rearrange the food in that section, and see what happens. I also told him that if ANY appliance in this house needed attention, he is the first person I will call. He has earned my loyalty and he has never put a hand on anything here! Directly, at least. Otkay took apart the door and told me it was fine; that digital error codes can often be wrong when the mother board is going. The spinner basket was off balance too, so he told me to get a new one.
