A little background - I took my car to Tom Kelly Buick a month ago and without even diagnosing, Kelly said they were "positive" the catalytic converter needed to be replaced (not even 60,000 miles on the car) and gave me a quote of about $2700 - just for the part. I felt Kelly was not being honest with me so I did not acknowledge their quote. Today, Kruse proved me right! Not only did Kruse give me a specific reason related to an exhaust leak (which isn't even CLOSE to what Kelly would have robbed me for). Kruse went way above what I expected with their HONESTY!!! The first time I took my car there was for an oil change and to investigate why my tire light was on. When I picked up my car, they had neglected to reset the oil and tire lights, so I had to bring it back. This didn't seem like too big of a deal, so I decided to have them look at the a/c in my Honda Insight. When I dropped the car off, it was operating fine other than the a/c. After they had the car for a few hours, they called and told me that it wouldn't start. They claimed they did nothing to the car, but the pcm had gone bad and it would cost $1,800 to fix. This was in addition to any repairs to the a/c system. They actually said that the pcm would have gone bad that day no matter what, it was just a coincidence that it happened in their shop. I decided to have it towed to the Honda dealership. They took a look at it and determined that the pcm had gone bad, but they only charged me $600 to fix it. Not only did Lash Automotive break my car, they then tried to charge me 3 times what Honda did to fix the same issue!! There was no apology or any attempt to meet me halfway. Do not take your vehicle to Lash Automotive unless you want to get ripped off.

When we arrived the app said the keys were at this business so we drove across the street to receive them. When we arrived and approached the door it was closed and the sign had small letters saying lunch was from 11:30 to 1:15. My wife simply said "they're fricken closed and someone is sleeping on the couch" because she saw someone laying on a couch, sleeping right inside the door. She then proceeded to head back to the car to see about calling U-Haul or making other arrangements. Before she was able to get in the car, some older gentleman came flying out the door yelling at her for "cussing and ranting and raving". She tried to respectfully tell the individual that she wasn't cussing or yelling and he got louder and kept yelling at her about his "lunchtime and taking a nap" and "I heard you". My wife apologized for any confusion and we left. We weren't upset with the business and were simply going to make other arrangements so there wasn't even a need to "cuss and rant or rave". This gentleman was entirely out of line, unprofessional, and downright rude. Good luck doing business with this company, we will NEVER go back and will take our U-Haul needs elsewhere!
