Was I ever wrong, they have had our Blazer now for over a month with no end in sight. The Blazer is dangerous; it locks up the drive motors randomly and at times that could kill someone if I was in a high traffic area. It stops so hard that it dislocated my right thumb. The kicker here is the fact they refuse to do what's right and help us with a vehicle. This dealership is crap, they do not care once they make a sale. They act as if you're a headache and want you to go away. Don't expect anyone here to have morals, they do not even know what that stands for. This will be our last Chevy. After 45 years of buying Chevy trucks and cars we are done.

I found the truck I liked on a google search and one of the choices was Preferred Auto. Their truck was my second choice but stopped there first to check on one unit. Toyota Tundra pickup truck. Alex met us outside, but I was ready for his used car lot tactics. He was super nice, but I knew he was up to something. I told him I want to take the truck for a drive and he immediately agreed? Let me grab a plate... Ok, this guy was up to something. Heh heh, can't fool this old timer. We took the truck for a couple of hours, ran it by my mechanic. Advice from mechanic: Great truck, good price, go for it. Back to the lot... Alex met us and Jake the sales manager and then, holy shit, Jay the owner pops in! He's the dude you see on The Preferred Auto TV commercials. It was funny. Jake is his son. I made my offer, they counter offered with a vey fair price and we all shook hands. As it turned out also, my wife Lisa, knew Jay from high school, so that added another hour of shooting the breeze. I know this is my longest review. The buying experience at this car lot was so honest and upfront just super impressed me. Alex was great and thoughtful. Trust me, this is a great group of people selling cars! Finding their listing through Carsdirect.com, i could see they were pricing pretty aggressively. So they were alreadynn the neighborhood of "reasonable asking price." You should know what a fair price is BEFORE you engage a dealer on a used car. The salesperson Jake Springer was great in communicating on the phone, email, etc. I had arranged a pre-purchase inspection with a local mechanic, and Jake sent me on my way with minimal hassle. When I decided I wanted to work out a price, Jake and his manager were similar to other dealers -- that "I've got to talk to my manager" dance. I get it. In my case, they countered once and accepted my second offer. Everything after that was hassle free. I recommend Bart's. They seem to seek out good vehicles to out in their inventory, and they seem to genuinely want a satisfied customer. Some reviews would tell you otherwise, which is why I'm writing.

The car vibrated all over the place I took it to our local tire store for them to check the tires out. They found that almost all the weights on the tires were gone. I checked the fluids which were all low I checked the air filter and noticed a K&N filter I placed in her car before she left to go back there was not there also the cabin filter was very dirty. When she returned she had to get another oil change and told the service guy what took place in Ca. Telling him about the tires which he's response was I don't believe that happened. Ummm excuse it did I was standing there when they took the tires off and there was no weights. Also meantioned regarding the 80.00 K&N filter which was brand new and there a sticker on the box not to remove it. Nothing didn't say a word not offered to reimburse the money lost with what they took out and I had to repurchase for her. Then You get to the cabin filter which was black and covered in leaves leaves from the house she is staying at. After she told me what took place when she got back getting it serviced I wanted to file a complaint regarding all these issues. I have called no call back went on line and filed a complaint NOTHING.
