Walked out after signing the paperwork and notice the last rebate wasn't on there $3200 that he said was already taking off the truck. I know this is my fault but after the dealership lowered my interest so easy they already became a shady dealership. Here's what I said: We bought a 2021 Kia Telluride from Mark on 7/6/23. We were told it was accident free, even showed us A CARFAX. Not the Carfax to our vehicle. A few weeks later the collision warning starts going off when there is nothing around the car. Which causes car to brake hard, and almost caused accidents. I texted Mike about the issues and he never responded. So, I take the car to the Kia dealership in Ft Wayne, and they discovered not only has my car been in one wreck, it had been in 3 accidents! Causing major damage to the frame (bent), front crash bar bent and front struts/mouths are damaged. They never fixed this and now it's unsafe to drive. Nor did they disclose, per the law, severe frame damage. Matter of fact he lied straight our faces that it had never been in any accidents. Kia dealership also saw that our tires are worn completely down. Oh and because of the previous accidents, the radar/sensor is facing down, which is $1,788 to fix and NOT COVERED BY the 5k extended warranty we bought. Not even covered from Kia's existing warranty. Total as of now without frame repair, we are looking at 3k to fix everything. Now why would someone get financed for 40k+ and want to shell out more money to make it whole again? The answer is WE WOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR!!! It should have been totaled out. So, there is deception, fraud and unfair sales practices going on through this dealership. They covered up the true car history to us just to make a big sale. We have contacted an attorney because the condition of this car could have killed our family of 5. How cool is that? I don't have to make the calls to various insurance companies - Doug Morris does it for me!! I'm telling you, there is no better Insurance agent. I saved a hell of a lot more than 15%, more than double that actually. Evans Toyota is a class act organization. I've read some of these reviews on here and it shocks me... Then I talked to the second manager and pointed out that "red book" is not a real source. He claimed the first manage was just using a figure of speech. If I am there to make a deal with real money, I don't want to be told made up data and try to cover it as a "figure of speech." Then, I asked the second manager to show me the numbers that they were seeing for my truck's value. He printed me a piece of paper claiming JDM said it was worth 26,700, adjusted to 27,750. When I got home, I looked it up on the JDM website and the website said the average trade-in value was 31,100. I called that manager back and pointed out the difference, which he did not have an explanation for. Overall, my experience was terrible. If you want to deal with a dishonest dealer and get ripped off, this is the place for you. I will be shopping elsewhere going forward and would recommend you do the same. The best part of the experience was the free cup of coffee while I waited.

Beware Hidden Fees…read more We just bought a car with an $808 scam fee. They count on the fact that you won't notice and call it a "transfer fee" to make it soudn innocuous. Really it is this common window etching thing dealers try to upsell you on as shown here [1]. Something that costs them $20 probably but they charge you $800+ for. My wife didn't notice it when she called and completed the sale as they just mention it in a list of "tax, title, and transfer fees". This is extra sneaky as there are real title transfer fees that are quite cheap. So if you don't do the math on the fly and realize this is twice as much as the taxes, and most people wouldn't, then you are SOL. They already did it. They say they can't add this to the price on CarGurus, and that is only partially true. You can't add optional fees for services dealers try to upsell. The trick is this isn't optional. They do it already and bake it into the car prices knowing you have to pay it. So it is just a way to advertise a lower price, where as another dealer who gives you an option is not able to lower the cost enough to show such a low price.
