Another satisfying trip to Mike's to get the black Mustang convertible washed. The team here is always friendly and helpful. The grounds and clean and in good working order. I am relatively pleased with the Works car wash I get. The dirt and grime disappears. The tires shine. Most of the water gets vacuumed off...though I still need to take a rag to it to avoid water spots on my black finish. read more

Went to the carwash on Calhoun in Fort Wayne. We had just got the paper tags for our car the day before. Asked if it would be ok and the lady said it would be fine and made an extra mark on the windshield. We went through the wash, came out and went to our next location which was my dr appointment. Got out of the car and our plate was gone. No help with customer service. read more

I think Mikes car wash has gone downhill as far as a value for your money. This has been my experience at the Dupont Rd location. After my car dries there are always tons of water spots all over it. I always get the most expensive wash they have hoping that makes a difference in the appearance of my car when dry. It does not. My car is a 2023 and is garaged always. Not sure if they need a water softener or what? read more

my second time going here. first time I was asked if I was a US citizen!!!! and that first time they were ok with a mat that's under a tool box in my truck. second time they soaped up my truck then had me get out and pull the mat out from under my truck tool box which was now soaking wet and I had to put it inside my back seat wet and soapy. I'm sorry I will definitely not be going back to mikes car wash. read more

For an automated car wash, this one is pretty good. I had gotten soot on my car from parking too close to the tracks where a coal fueled steam train was running. I wasn't looking forward to cleaning it off. The grittiness of the soot had me envisioning scratches in the Clear Coat. I stopped at a pressure wand car wash and it took about 50 percent of the soot off. My plan was to use Mikes. If that did not get it I would go with a clay bar at home. Well, Mikes got the soot off, but it took two passes. First pass all the grit was gone. There was an oily residue left. It came off with a microfiber cloth. The tires were a different story. "Sheila"--my GPS unit--took me down unpaved gravel and dust roads up in far NE Indiana. The black wall tires took on a gold color. First time through Mikes, it left a polished gold color. Shiny gold. Kind of looked like something from the Goldfinger movies. Second pass the following day--I was back to normal again black walls tires. Car vacuums have a charge of two bucks. We were on the ultimate plan so it was gratis. Four stars because I had to go through it twice. I'm not sure what would have happened if it took it through twice on the same day. So I didn't. We went back a second day. read more

We took our car to Mike's on Veterans Day for the complimentary car wash offered to Veterans and active military. It was really nice that they gave the free service of the most expensive wash , not the least expensive one. They pre spotted the front and other dirtier areas before sending the car through the wash- no shortcuts!! Thank you Mike's for honoring and recognizing those who have served their country as well as those currently in service. read more

Beware Start checking your car after you go through the wash I have many unusual stone shipping swirl marks and damage to my vehicles that I was unaware of that was happening until I started checking after I used their wash. The last time that I went there I checked it afterwards had about 100 stone chips from what must've been stuck to their brushes look like my car been sandblasted and they did absolutely nothing about it but put me through a bunch of running around circles all the turn me down for the damages to my car I only use the hand wash now from my vehicles as a result read more

Simply the best. They get all deep like on your car. Clean too so clean. Them quality suds and them waxes and clear coats. They don't skimp they get it all deep like in them paint pits. I grab them early bird basic wash (cheaper) and throw that Richard Petty Tire shine on myself. Car looks like it just got a $16 car was for like $8 plus tire shine squirts. Real deep down in them wheel wells and rim openings. Tell em spray the wheels real good before taking in to get scrubbed down. Make em do a little work and slap the early bird on to them. Sock it to em real good. Clean car, oh boy! I get up on the early bird. Nice to get the pick 2 option once in awhile and get that clear coat and under carriage wash. In between get you a few basic early birds and flip them the bird on a better deal yet! Tell em get on them wheels all deep like before taking her in. Have some Richard Petty on hand and you be pimping real good. read more

Took our Jeep through the wash and paid for the ultimate. The wash lasted maybe 45 seconds and the only "attention" the car gets before or after is a pressure spray to the front. After the wash, we checked the car and there was black film all over the car. Especially on the hood, the area they specifically pressure washed. They allowed us to go back through and gave it some extra sprays the second time. My pictures are the film after the second wash. My husband had to ask for a rag and got two paper towels to go over the car and try and get the film off. This was at the newest location on DuPont. Wouldn't go back if the wash was free because I would probably have to clean it again after. read more

Windows and mirrors were still dirty. Plus dirt around rear spoiler. $11 down the drain.

As a brand, Mike's does an excellent job of performing the service. There really isn't any need to promote, as just the name Mike's is synonymous with quality service. This location is no exception to the brand. The line maneuvers quickly, the car wash is always perfect, and in the event it isn't, they will redo it hassle free. I like this location, the entrance is right at a light. They open fairly early and close late evening. read more

Car wash does great. Employees are rude. Need a mirror to see better where your tire is at when pulling into tunnel on Lima road

After driving +3000 miles from California, our beautiful car had a 5 o'clock shadow of bug guts, trail dust and god-knows-what on the windshield. And we're cheap, so we opted for the lowest price of an $8 wash, crossing our fingers that some of the gunk would be removed. The guys were really nice and didn't try to up-sell us on a heavier wash even though we could tell by their faces they thought we'd never put water to our car before. Embarrassment aside, we handed over $8 and put it in neutral. Two workers really pre-sprayed the front grill, windshield and wheels. The automatic spray jets and rollers had some serious power to them. Geezus--you don't get washes like this for twice the price in SoCal!! Our car looked brand new when we left. So happy. Thanks guys, you washed the humiliation right off our beloved crossover. xoxo read more

Every time I go to Mike's, I am struck by how professional and obviously well-trained the staff is. It's a car wash, for Pete's sake, not a place where one would expect employees in shirts and ties with no visible tattoos and body piercings! Obviously, professionalism matters at Mike's. I have never driven away less than 100 percent satisfied. Mike's is an asset to the Fort Wayne community! read more

never disapppointed.. Great prices and friendly service.

Update: we reached out to the customer support address that the owner recommended and we got a quick response back but basically offered solution. Won't be going back. read more

Really disappointed with their automatic withdrawal scam. When I purchased the unlimited plan, I thought it was one transaction - good for one month. Didn't know they still had their tentacles in my bank account until a month later. The honest thing would have been to explain the arrangement at the time of purchase - or even a couple of weeks later when I asked how long I had until my plan expired. The way I posed the question implied that I was clueless about the automatic renewal. Of course, I discovered the deception on Saturday. I won't be able to speak with anyone about a refund until Monday. It remains to be seen whether Mike's is an honorable business. *So, I called on Monday. They had no problem "terminating" the arrangement. They refunded the payment at the same time. They sent me a confirmation email almost just as soon as we got off the phone. It would appear that Mike's Carwash is an honorable business. read more

Best car wash ever. Hot hot hot soapy soapy soapy water and soft brushes clean and super strong dryers blow dry. We always wait and purchase the buy 4 get 2 free booklets, as they offer that deal a few times of the year (Christmas, fathers day, and perhaps a few other times). Love that there are locations throughout Indiana and the quality in each have all been sooooooooo güt. read more

Best carwash EVER! Just got the Works monthly pass and it makes me want to go in everyday!

This location is always upgrading things to make sure everyone gets the best wash possible.

so I want to start by saying I have never ever had any issues with any mikes carwashes and I've been to just about everyone in the greater Cincinnati area. how ever my last visit was the one off of norwood not sure of the street name. anyways I went thru and got the 30$ ultimate ceramic because I love how shiny it stays and the length of time I usually can go without having to wash again, however this location left tons of white smuggy spots all over my windows and black smutes on my front and back and bottom of the sides it looked disgusting. my car is white so yes it does show easily so I went back and they washed it again no problem but soon as I pulled out and it started to finish drying i noticed that it hadn't at all helped it actually only made it worse and I'm sorry but if I'm paying 30$ for a wash I don't feel like I should have to get out and hand dry all my windows and check for any other spots kinda defeats the purpose. I have never had this problem at any other mikes location only this one. other than the wash being complete crap the staff was extremely nice and professional! read more

When I spend the money on an unlimited wash package and the Internet is down and you deny my pre paid package very rudely mind you I am very saddened the MIKE that I know for there customer service has disappointed me! It was so busy today, but the gentleman helping us was awesome! He went above and beyond by taking the time to explain the washes, the vacuum prices and even drew a cute flower for my daughters in the backseat. Let me just say they have sold me with their amazing customer service! read more

I had to re-wash and re-wax the front of my car after getting a $20 Ultimate car wash. There were so many bugs left of the front it hardly looked like it had been washed. The kid who was supposed to spray the front and rear of the car with pre-wash didn't do anything except wave me through. It was a waste of money. For the money and work I had to do at home, next time I'll do it myself and save a lot of money! read more

I recently used the Mike's carwash on Lima Road and received damage to my F-150 truck on the passenger side door at the lower part of the door. I just purchased the truck approximately 10 days prior to using this car wash. I left and found the damage and immediately went back to the carwash and showed them the damage. The supposed manager looked at it and immediately told me there was no way his car wash equipment had done the damage. He did then did an incident report and told me someone from the office would contact me. He also told me he was going to check his cameras that he claims were in the carwash. Visual in this area of the damage I question that any camera could see this with all the soap and water. Two days later I was contacted by a lady who repeated what the manager had said and refused to compensate for the damage. I was to get an email or letter denying my claim but to date have not received any such document. When the body shop checked it they indicated it was recent damage that pushed and had circular motion. I also noticed other customers have complained about damage in this carwash. They need to get their equipment fixed and then maintained and do right by the customers. read more
