I need my car, so I decided to simply pay the ransom and avoid any future dealings with any business named "Kelley". You can save yourself a headache by doing the same. He was supposed to fix or work on the (front and rear bumper, transmission, and electricals), but this dude ONLY fix the front and rear bumpers. This moron NEVER did an actual diagnosis on the engine because he told Geico that the undercarriage looked good. WTF.... That's not a diagnosis. Long story short, I fought for Geico to tow my vehicle to another transmission shop because it has a slipping transmission. 2. Geico had to pay almost $3,000 in parking lot fees. 3.
