I emailed the shop a month ago to find out why they tacked on an additional $870 to the final bill. No response. This is an example illustrating why all of our car insurance premiums are soaring. Avoid Gerber. There are more reputable shops in town that will do the work for less money and not inflate the bill for insurance.
