so far absolutely terrible... I dropped my car off here for an accident repair they said it'd take a week now they've told me my car has no gas and after they put some in it now won't start at all... now they're sending it to a mechanic i've never heard of because they somehow managed to run 20 miles of gas out of a hybrid. I can only imagine it's something that they did, how can you run 20 miles of gas out of a hybrid? It automatically shuts off to save gas after 30 minutes, now i'm going to have to probably wait a month or two for something that was supposed to be super simple and fast. rating will probably go down if they don't figure out what's wrong with my car, i've never had problems with that car before. read more

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Gerber Collision. I brought my vehicle in for panel repair, and while they claimed it was fixed, it clearly was not. I did my due diligence and pointed out that the repaired panel was noticeably larger than the matching fender on the opposite side. They took it back, supposedly to correct the issue--but within less than five minutes, they returned it and claimed it was "fixed." Nothing had changed. It was a total scam. I requested that a Gerber representative take a closer look. She told me they had "changed the bracket" and that "this is how it is"--essentially telling me to take it or leave it. That level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. When I asked for proof of the so-called defective parts or even just photos, they had nothing to show. That speaks volumes. I've disputed the payment through my credit card and will be getting fully reimbursed due to Gerber's dishonesty and failure to provide the service I paid for. Shame on them for treating customers this way and thinking they can get away with such behavior. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. read more

COMMENTING ONLY IN THEIR AFFILIATED AUTO DETAILING/ CAR WASH! I was extremely impressed with what they were able to do with their detailing service. The vehicle, although relatively new, was used for business and was frequently eaten in. The upholstery shampooing worked wonders. It takes quite a few hours to do, as a lot of drying time is required, but they obviously have all the right tools to get in the cracks and crevices! Worth the $125, it looks nearly brand-new. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! (LIMA RD) I brought my car in to get fixed because of the good reviews. I was told I would be getting updates if they found anything new. They told me it would be 9 business days but took waaaaay longer than that. My car was in the shop for 23 days because of the new damages they found that they didn't even bother tell me about, I was never informed about anything. I didn't know when I was going to get my car back. I had to keep calling to update MYSELF. When I finally got it back there's paint chips, paint on the weather strip, scratches on my car, and the car isn't even repaired symmetrically. One side has a gap and the other doesn't. I didn't have any of those damages before bringing it in. read more

There is very little communication between departments--no one seems to know what is going on with repairs. I waited 2 months for my car and close to 4 weeks for an estimate. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere for repairs. They worked on my car and the interior is dirty and greasy. It was messy and frustrating experience. read more

Can't recommend. Incomplete work on my car, trim pieces were not put back on correctly. Screws laying around after the job was done that I had no idea where they belonged. Took it back in for the warranty and took us both extra time when the job could have been done correctly on the first go. If I'm paying several thousand for something , it needs to be perfect. read more

i went to get the things out of my totaled vehicle, keep in mind the only damage to the vehicle was on the FRONT of the car. my license plate had tire marks on the backside of it and bumps all over if from it being ran over. I didnt think that any of my personal property would be damaged. and i have no idea why my license plate would be thrown on the ground and ran over. i was and am very upset about this happening. pictures included for proof. read more

My car had hit a deer and the entire right side was not smashed but it was pretty bad looking. I called 14/69 auto body and they said they couldn't take care of it for about 3 weeks or so and while that's off putting to many, it gave me time to sort things out with my insurance etc. Jodi was so informative and helpful throughout the entire process! Wow, I've never worked with someone so friendly and that keeps you up to date. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it so I do recommend coming here. read more

Went here on a recommendation of a friend. Glad I did. Mike Blessing helped take care of everything and was very professional. Body work looks great and paint matches really well. Communication was quick and courteous even through the holidays. Was able to keep the repairs in budget. They even dealt with the rental car company for me. I was given an estimate for the cost of damages that magically increased by approximately $1,000 a few days after I turned in my truck to be worked on. Then I was given numerous update calls to let me know what the status of repairs were on my truck and how things were going. Which is great, but on the day that I was supposed to pick up my truck and after they assured me it would be done by a specific date, it was not. They delayed it an additional week after already having it 2 1/2 weeks already. I didn't learn the truck was delayed until after I had already turned in my car rental. So I had to get yet another rental to accommodate their non-communication. I'm not sure why it took almost a month to fix my truck after I did not even turn it in to them until they supposedly already got the parts they needed for the repair in. Although the staff was friendly enough, I will never take another vehicle here again. read more

I had my first ever accident, not my fault, at the end of July and my husband suggested taking the car here to get it fixed. The insurance company that we had to deal with was awful. The employees at 14/69 made everything so much easier on us. We were told that they removed a few seasoned employees not long ago. I would definitely recommend 14/69 to anyone and everyone. read more

Do not Stand by their Warranty. I am not sure if they have changed management or what but our second experience with them has been a nightmare. First experience was fine and the gentleman we worked with was very friendly and helpful. A tree fell on our car and they were the first place we thought of. The repair process was fine, but several weeks later there was bubbling on one of the spots we had repaired. At first they were like no problem let me get approval. 4 weeks later no call or anything and we finally got a hold of them only to find out the guy we were dealing with left the company. Again they said no problem let take a second set of pictures. 3 more weeks go by and we have to keep calling to find out where it stands. Finally they say that the issue is from the Ford Factory paint. I have seen rust buckets fixed and returned to a perfect shine. Surely if they fix a dime size dent, they would have fixed any issues they saw to ensure that the new paint would adhere and not bubble. Then they changed gears and said maybe it was the paint they used. So we had to make a 30 minute drive each way for a 3rd time so the paint rep could test it. Obviously it was not his issue because now they are back to blaming the Ford Factory paint. Their solution is for us to make a 4th trip so they can grind it down to see if it was there issue or not. If after they grind it down leaving bare metal they determine that it was not there issue then I can pay them to fix it right. Seriously?? It is sad that a dime size dent that would probably cost them less than $100 is ending up costing them and me much more. read more

Not real impressed. They quoted me 1/2 hour to re-adhere a piece of trim that was coming loose on the exterior of my passenger door. They wanted to charge me for 1.5 hours of labor at $50 an hour. Once I questioned them, the salesperson wrote up a handwritten quote which "broke down" The labor costs. The breakdown came to a total of 1.6 hours of labor, which was even more than the 1.5 hours that she had quoted, even though the work only took one half of an hour. A whole tube of the glue retails at AutoZone for $4.99, And I'm sure they have that stuff coming out of their ears, as they are probably constantly applying pieces of trim to broken cars. Lesson learned, will not be returning, and I probably should've just done it myself. The most interesting part of the whole transaction was that once I questioned the gentleman who was ringing me up, the lady who gave me the quote never reappeared, probably because she was embarrassed at ripping off her customer like that. On a good note, they did give me a warranty on the job. read more
