After a month of poor communication I was forced to reach out to Kelley. After several unanswered calls and unreturned voicemail, I had to drive to Kelley to figure out what was going on. Monica informed me that although all of the work was complete, they were holding my vehicle hostage over a final $550 that they were unable to squeeze out of Statefarm. I need my car, so I decided to simply pay the ransom and avoid any future dealings with any business named "Kelley". You can save yourself a headache by doing the same. Again, to summarize: you guys took over a month to repair a bumper and we're so bad with the insurance that I ended up paying out of pocket for an accident in which I bore zero liability.
