This place has replaced my back window 3 times. Each time they've replaced it, the window ends up…read moreleaking about a year down the road. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get the window replaced again. A technician looked at it last week and confirmed that it was Safelite's issue due to the bonding. We took several videos as proof. Now they're sending another technician out tomorrow to double check that the first guy was right. The leak ruined a part in my truck and the dealership won't replace it or order the part until Safelite fixes the window. This place is beyond ridiculous. Customer service just passes me around when I call to find out any updates. The manager and assistant manager will not return my calls. I was referred to the district manager but apparently the guy doesn't have a phone and can only be reached by email. If the glass is covered by a warranty, and a technician has confirmed the issue, why is Safelite ignoring me and procrastinating the repair? I do not recommend this place unless you want to have your glass replaced every year and each time, the customer service gets worse. Plan to not have a vehicle for at least a month while they waste your time not fixing the issue. This place is an absolute joke!

He was supposed to fix or work on the (front and rear bumper, transmission, and electricals), but this dude ONLY fix the front and rear bumpers. This moron NEVER did an actual diagnosis on the engine because he told Geico that the undercarriage looked good. WTF.... That's not a diagnosis. Long story short, I fought for Geico to tow my vehicle to another transmission shop because it has a slipping transmission. 2. Geico had to pay almost $3,000 in parking lot fees. 3. Service that started out great ended in disaster!! Made an appointment on Aug. 30, 2019 to replace…read morethe rear windshield on my 2012 Ford Expedition. Mike had the glass in stock and came out to replace on site. The glass lifts and rear wiper obviously weren't included with the replacement glass, which he didn't tell us and were at home at the time of the installation, and Mike offered to come out and install the, We just needed to call him. After several attempts were made to contact Mike to install lifts and wiper over the next several weeks with no success we installed lifts and wiper ourselves. Wiper did not work. Left messages for Mike that the wiper did not work and requested his assistance in getting it to work. Mike, came on site to resolve issue and explained something was wrong with the motor and it needed something sprayed into it that needed to set for a bit and that should take care of the problem, also apparently the wiper (which was purchased brand new was stripped and needed to be re-threaded, which he could do at his shop), he'd be back before the weekend to complete the job. As of today my rear windshield is missing the rear wiper, he has only returned half of the brand new wiper I gave him. He was paid in full for a job that was never completed and I still have yet to receive the receipt that I've requested on numerous occasions. Guess I should have went with Safelite, he was only $50 cheaper. What they say is true, you get what you pay for!
