Of course they can't work miracles to make your glass completely like new but you can see the before and after pictures. When I picked up the minivan, I was given a copy of the final bill of $2,310 which was billed to insurance. Two weeks later, we received a mailed receipt from our insurance company showing that they paid $3,180. I emailed the shop a month ago to find out why they tacked on an additional $870 to the final bill. No response. This is an example illustrating why all of our car insurance premiums are soaring. Avoid Gerber. There are more reputable shops in town that will do the work for less money and not inflate the bill for insurance.
