My Kia Soul was recently damaged when an attempt was made to steal it. Fortunately because of the anti-theft device, they were unable to but did cause considerable damage in the attempt. The car was towed to Auto Collision Service W. Jefferson location. The work was done in less time than the insurance company's estimate. The staff was courteous and accommodating. I have had services on several vehicles over the years. While accidents happen, the process to get back to your normal does not have to be awful. They do great work and are prompt. I am very unhappy with the service from this business. I had my rear bumper replaced and the paint does not match as well as it should. I went back to have them fix it and they said they did not quote me to have the paint blended with the body so it was a perfect match. I took my 4Runner to a professional body shop because I wanted a professional job! I paid $924.00 to have this work done, and then they quoted me ANOTHER $900.00 to have the paint blended! They should have quoted me the complete job in the first quote. I feel totally scammed by this business, maybe someone people wouldn't notice the paint not matching but to me this is very obvious. They also don't care if you're not happy with the work or not. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I dropped my van off to have a hole in the back of the roof repaired. I picked the van up to find rust all over inside like it had been left outside in the rain and rain got inside. A front desk woman looked at it and told me they probably just forgot to clean it up. I attempted to clean up the rust without much success. It is all along the door frame and on metal inside, as well as on the carpet. read more

This is the worst place to pick AVOID AT ALL COST. my daughter to her vehicle here with water damage. She explained what was going on and they said they would look at it. After a week she called they had not even looked at it yet. She called at the end of week 2 and they said oh we don't do water damage. On her way to pick up her vehicle she gets a call from DeWhite and he says no there has been a misunderstanding we can still take care of your vehicle. So they turn around and come home. She calls her insurance on week 3 again to find that this shop has yet to get insurance what they need to go forward with the claim. With text back and forth with DeWhite he says her car can't be fixed and needs totaled out. So on week four and her rental is coming to an end on what is coming up a week before holiday. She calls insurance again to see how it is going. They tell her this company has refused to get them the quotes to fix her car because they don't work on water damage, and they ask to do a walk around with this shop of the vehicle to try to figure out why he is saying it is totalled and they refuse to do the zoom walk around. Then we call to let them know we are having a tow truck pick it up and we are informed they moved it to a different location. We already have a tow truck on route to the location where we dropped it off, and we were never told it was being moved. At this point Dan is yelling at my daughter on the phone, which she had on speaker phone, and telling her this is all on her and her fault, if she did not have it picked up in 45 minutes her vehicle would be locked inside the gates. So I then told Dan his yelling at her was not acceptable and that we did need to get the vehicle picked up to which he hung up on me. He is very rude and we were just needing it to be towd to the next shop before Monday, and this was on a Friday afternoon. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE. read more
