I can only imagine it's something that they did, how can you run 20 miles of gas out of a hybrid? It automatically shuts off to save gas after 30 minutes, now i'm going to have to probably wait a month or two for something that was supposed to be super simple and fast. rating will probably go down if they don't figure out what's wrong with my car, i've never had problems with that car before.

I need my car, so I decided to simply pay the ransom and avoid any future dealings with any business named "Kelley". You can save yourself a headache by doing the same. Again, to summarize: you guys took over a month to repair a bumper and we're so bad with the insurance that I ended up paying out of pocket for an accident in which I bore zero liability. He was supposed to fix or work on the (front and rear bumper, transmission, and electricals), but this dude ONLY fix the front and rear bumpers. This moron NEVER did an actual diagnosis on the engine because he told Geico that the undercarriage looked good. WTF.... That's not a diagnosis. Long story short, I fought for Geico to tow my vehicle to another transmission shop because it has a slipping transmission. 2. Geico had to pay almost $3,000 in parking lot fees. 3.
