My husband was in there on 12/12/25 and a woman came in and didn't have a appointment but her car had some issues and her son recommended this place , they were very busy had no openings and yet the main guy I believe was Travis told his assistant to go ahead get her a shuttle ride and to put the car under his name specifically and he will make time to look into it!! Fair, honest, knowledgeable people. My very first encounter with the owner was over a concern I had with the gear shift in my car. I had taken my car to the dealership regarding the problem and I was told by the dealer that clunking sound had probably always been present but I never noticed it before! I stopped at Travis' on a whim to find out about repairs and the owner took the time to explain what I was hearing and what to do if something failed. I have never met such great people! Courtesy and service are fantastic. Finding a mechanic that you can trust is difficult. I found one and won't go anywhere else. They are some of the friendliest folks I have met, and they have repeatedly earned my business. Recently I thought I was in need of a costly repair. The technician took a look and advised that it was merely a small clip that was needed. They fixed the problem with one of their parts saving me well over 100 dollars.
