Fair, honest, knowledgeable people. My very first encounter with the owner was over a concern I had with the gear shift in my car. I had taken my car to the dealership regarding the problem and I was told by the dealer that clunking sound had probably always been present but I never noticed it before! I stopped at Travis' on a whim to find out about repairs and the owner took the time to explain what I was hearing and what to do if something failed. I have never met such great people! Courtesy and service are fantastic. Finding a mechanic that you can trust is difficult. I found one and won't go anywhere else. They are some of the friendliest folks I have met, and they have repeatedly earned my business. Recently I thought I was in need of a costly repair. The technician took a look and advised that it was merely a small clip that was needed. They fixed the problem with one of their parts saving me well over 100 dollars. I had a problem with my Nissan - had taken it to the dealership twice with no luck and had spent $$$ - took it to Travis and they found the problem. Unfortunately the part needed ordered is on backorder - with no known date of when it will be available. Travis auto came up with a solution so that I didn't have to just have my truck sit indefinitely and have no transportation. My truck is running great!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!
