Once you emerge on the building you have to by pass all the open bays to get to the shore front. Once this day there were four desk people working. All were professional in fees and conduct. The were eager to help. I listened to many stories on why a car had problems and what solutions they offered. All were done with respect and non pressure. There were about 10 tech jams working today. Plenty help help to process scheduled appointments and walk ins. Today in choose to make an appointment on line. It was easy to do. They seemed prepared to start my work by time the appointment time arrived. My day was costly than I planned. I feel like they were being honest about my issues. The cost seemed a lot but probably fair. The work took over 3.5 hours. On the down side...I noticed the all important sign going into the shop that required people to wear safety glasses. 9 of 12 people didn't wear safety glasses including 4 management/desk types.

I have a 2014 Subaru Forester 2.5 Premium that had a bad solenoid in the valve body, a typical…read moreproblem for high mileage Subarus. Since Subaru doesn't sell individual solenoids, the valve body (w/ four new solenoids attached) was the only way. Expensive part at approximately 1k plus labor but great service and communication. I normally do my own maintenance but for this I needed a $500 scan tool to do a "relearn" after the new part is installed. One of the few times I needed an auto shop. Jason, the tech, did a great job. Recommend him.

My roommate has been staying out in Fort Wayne In she was looking for a Toyota dealer to do oil…read morechanges on her car when she found this dealership. In the beginning they were good to the point she purchased a extended maintance program. She took her car in the beginning of June before she drove out to Ca. She wanted then to check her fluids, filters,and oil change. When she got to Ca she asked if I would take her car for a drive since it didn't feel right. The car vibrated all over the place I took it to our local tire store for them to check the tires out. They found that almost all the weights on the tires were gone. I checked the fluids which were all low I checked the air filter and noticed a K&N filter I placed in her car before she left to go back there was not there also the cabin filter was very dirty. When she returned she had to get another oil change and told the service guy what took place in Ca. Telling him about the tires which he's response was I don't believe that happened. Ummm excuse it did I was standing there when they took the tires off and there was no weights. Also meantioned regarding the 80.00 K&N filter which was brand new and there a sticker on the box not to remove it. Nothing didn't say a word not offered to reimburse the money lost with what they took out and I had to repurchase for her. Then You get to the cabin filter which was black and covered in leaves leaves from the house she is staying at. After she told me what took place when she got back getting it serviced I wanted to file a complaint regarding all these issues. I have called no call back went on line and filed a complaint NOTHING. So now since shel be back there for a little longer she is looking for a new mechanic to wrk on her car. Since this place dropped the ball and practically called her a lier.
