1. Usually nail salons have tons of Opi brand colors...this place had like 5 OPI shades max. The others were random brans I've never heard of...but plenty of China Glaze though if you like that one. 2. The male nail artist was attempting to hit on me by asking if I was a model and telling me to never get married. Creepy. 3. The pedicure lasted under 10 minutes and that is NOT an exaggeration. They didn't even do all the steps on my husband and went and sat on her phone. We weren't offered any type of options for the service, no drinks or customer service, and I'm in severe pain in one of my toes. read more

Love Anna and Andy! They are a two person shop, with Andy doing the pedicure and full sets, and Anna doing the finish work. They are a quick service salon, do good work, and have fair rates. They have many. Many colors to choose from, along with blings and baubles to make your nails your own work of art. Highly recommend! read more

Walk-ins welcome. Signed in and was told to take a seat at the working table. Two workers. Two customers. Waited 30 minutes and asked if we need to come back a little later. Said no then switched people and started working on me. I have no problem waiting as I was a walk in and had no problem coming back a little later. Quickly filled my nails and painted and charged $45. I added a $5 tip as I felt like I was an inconvenience. They did a decent job but were really rushed for some reason. No one waiting after me. Horrible. The Point: I went here Monday. I treated my sister, mother, and myself to a mani/pedi (Gel Manicure). I spent 165 + 20% tip. That was Monday. Today is Wednesday. All of my nail polish is off. ALL OF IT. A gel manicure typically lasts one and a half - two weeks. Mine lasted two days. Horrible. What a waste of money. The back story: I called early Monday and asked if they could accommodate all three of us at one time. I was told yes, but when I arrived there were only two people working. So, I waited while they started on my mom and sis. I usually wouldn't have minded. I would've understood if they only had two people staffed! Most places do on Monday! That's why I chose THIS place, because I assumed we would all be worked on at once. Not true, and I was very upset. I don't like being lied to. She also told me on the phone it would be 50 dollars a person. I explained everything I wanted - Gel, French Tip - And she said 50 a person. When we finished in salon she said 55 per person. During the services, it was quiet, no music, bad TV on, but on mute. Kinda just awkward silence. Not relaxing or nice. They worked quickly and I was impressed with that. They were nice people. At the end she wouldn't take my debit card and asked my to walk to the bank ATM nearby, I think this Is crazy because I spent 165! Please don't make a big deal of a small fee the bank may charge you. Geeze! I still tipped 20% because I am nice, it's the holidays, they did look pretty when finished. I left SLIGHTLY disappointed because I expected a nice, relaxing experience. It wasn't. But it was an okay job at the time. But two days later and no polish! UGH! Not a good job. Waste of money. And now it makes the whole experience a mess. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Did I mention horrible?! He even mess up my nail at the end, saw it and kept acting like my nail was not scratched right in the middle. Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. After a 45 minute wait the girl filled the footpath. By the time the guy got to me the water was cold. He was rough. He was eating while doing my feet and watching tv. No eye contact or conversation. He positioned my feet aggressively. Sloppy quick job. Then onto the manicure. I have good strong nails. I was going to get gel nails but changed to a regular manicure since his pedicure was poor. He cut me while clipping my cuticles. He buffed my natural nails. And did quick job painting them. Within 15 minutes of leaving my toenail polish and nail polish was smudged. The next day 3 of my fingernails broke off in the quick. I also witnessed the way he cleaned the footbath. PLEASE READ. So I have never felt the need to take time and write a review for anything...ever. However, this had to be the most god awful, unprofessional, and pathetic excuse of nail salon I have EVER been to. I have been to some pretty bad nail salons and this was absolutely BY FAR the WORST. I was treated terribly when I showed up, the lady was too busy on her phone to even acknowledge I walked in the door and then after I sat down told me to wait while she continued whatever she was doing on her phone. Here's the kicker, I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WHOLE SHOP. I went for a fill and she was rough and not thorough in terms of the shape or color, and now my nails are completely ruined. I also don't know what the hell she put on my nails but they burned so bad that I felt like someone was ripping the nails off my fingers. Even now, hours later my fingers are in pain. When I tell you to never set foot and waste your time or money in this establishment, it's literally to save anyone from having an experience as terrible as I did. Terrible, dirty and older male has no idea how to do a pedicure. Extremely rough, cut me three times on one foot and tore my big toe nail. I couldn't believe how rude and rough he was. I was giving businesses in Crestview the benefit of the doubt, I normally go to fwb but decided to try local. As I walk in I get no hello, just what colla? Well hell let me sign in first...then I say I am new where are the color pallets? She kinda shrugs beside her.. (anna) pick my color and then herded to the chair she starts off 100+ mph and nips my cuticle first thing..then maybe 3mins later im herded to the pedicure chair and she starts there. In and out with no pamper within 20 mins..I stayed the longest to dry my toes. As im sitting here I realize I didn't even get lotion on my hands for the manicure...what kind of manicure is that? I would not recommend this place at all - I called ahead to be sure they could fit me in and they rushed through everything and did everything half-assed . IE: only put clear coat on one foot, didn't get a full pedicure that I paid for - everywhere else I've been they scrub and massage your feet and this place took a pumice stone and barely stroke your foot with it . Only gave one star because zero wasn't an option. I came IN PERSON to schedule an appointment for myself and two of my girlfriends. I wrote down on the sign in sheet 3 pedicures and when the woman asked me what I wanted, I told her a pedicure. There seems to be only two workers and there were two customers when we came in so five in total. We picked our colors out and we're told to sit in the massage chairs. My remote control for the massage chair didn't work so I had to take one from another chair and plug it in myself. The man kept telling me "one second" "one more second" as he worked on someone else's pedicure. Understandable because there were only two of them. One doing nails and one doing pedicures. When they starting the pedicures, they filled up my two friends tubs first. One was extremely hot and one was extremely cold so it took them a while to figure out the temperature. Meanwhile I still had no water in my tub. The man starts on one of my friends feet. Halfway through her pedicure, the woman starts on my other friends feet. (I still have no water and it's been about an hour at this point). Then the woman who started on my friends toes asks me if I want a pedicure. Umm...yeah. That's why I'm in this pedi chair with no shoes on and my pants rolled up. This is why I told you that I wanted a pedicure FIRST! I was the first one to come in and even make the appointment. I'm not sure where the disconnect was. It's not a language barrier. It's a discrimination thing so just be weary if you are a woman of color and chose this establishment. Also each of my friends pedicures were a total of 5 minutes and were essentially just color changes with a soak. Our group of 4 wanted to get a manicure and 1 pedicure. We called to see how busy they were and the man assured me they were not busy and we could be helped right away. We were right outside of the salon when I called, so there's no way they got so busy within the 17 seconds it took for us to walk in. She was no help (anna). Should have walked out then. I went in for a pedicure and gel polish change. The girl continued to watch a movie on her phone while doing my pedicure until she clipped my toe and it started to bleed. I had to ask for a second coat of polish on my nails and she dipped her brush straight into the bottle of polish remover to touch up my poor excuse for a french manicure. She said maybe four words to me the entire time until it was time to pay. She kept asking for cash instead of my card. I went in around 6:15 and was out the door and in my car by 6:40. I took my girlfriend in for a manicure and pedicure a few weeks back. While in the chair she was recommended gel nail polish since they would last longer. The next day her nails were already peeling off. She went back to get them fixed and would only fix one of them. During the pedicure the nail technician was making personal phone calls and not performing her job. When we were finished with the slow experience the total was 30 dollars more than agreed upon. Never was I or my girlfriend notified that gel would cost more. Slow, poor service and they will say they can take you that moment even with a 30 minute wait.
