The pictures were taken 5 days after being done. I got a regular pedicure and vitamin dip full set. The pedicure was $35 and was all the pretty standard things. I enjoyed it! The full set was $75 for the ombré, nails, shaping and cuticle removing. I didn't mind as I was on vacation, however I probably won't get the ombré again. The reason for 3 starts is because when I went to sleep that night my nails were glowing. I definitely did not ask for glow in the dark nails. I didn't mind it but just thought everyone should be aware, if that's something you do not want. I will ask next time to make sure that it does not glow. I'd also heard from others that they offer complementary drinks, they did not ask me but I figured it was because covid was back on the rise. But they did not enforce a mask policy, for anyone that was wondering. Overall is was a decent experience and will return. read more

I came in on a Saturday afternoon as a walk-in, honestly not expecting to be seen given the day of the week, time of day, and how popular this place seemed. To my surprise, they were able to fit me in almost immediately! I was told it would be a 15 minute wait and I don't think I even waited 10. Ms. Kay did an amazing job with my nails, gave me lots of options, and asked my opinion throughout every step of the process. I've never had a french tip look so good! On top of that, the price was amazing (I may be biased because i'm from CA, where this set would've cost me probably $70). I can't wait to go back! The BEST place in Crestview for a mani/pedi! So happy I found this hidden gem. They've always done an amazing job on my nails and toes, and I am beyond finicky about my nails. Every staff member is always so kind and they all do equally great work. The atmosphere in the salon is so cozy and relaxing! My only tip is to try and make an appointment because they are normally busy, so sometimes they can't fit you in if you just walk in. -June 2021 Edit:- I had a pedicure with Nicole today, and it was incredible! She's new to the business, another great hire! She really took her time with the pedicure and was very attentive the entire time. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable with different things such as: the water temperature, the massage, my nail length, color opacity, etc. I had a lovely conversation with her and possibly the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your money. If they mess up your nails and have to redo them, you get to pay them twice as much money. If you don't want to pay them twice as much, they will threaten to call the police. The employees do whatever they want when the owner isn't around. Things you may not even notice until you get them. The attention to detail and pride in their service is very apparent. Everyone was extremely welcoming and you felt like you were the priority. Found my new favorite place! Got a basic pedicure and was not disappointed. Called as soon as my lunch hour started and they were able to put me in right away. The girl who worked on me was so gentle and nice, massage chair was so comfortable, never got burned by water or hot towel (which happens to me a lot unfortunately), scrub smelled like strawberry!!!, and was soooo relaxing. I found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. I've been searching for a nail salon in crestview where I can get nail art and eyebrows done. They greeted me when i entered, Sofi was super sweet and friendly. They have a sign in kiosk which I appreciated. They frown on walkins so try to schedule appointments. The first time I got my eyebrows done by Sofi she did a fantastic job!! Enjoyed it so much I came back for a pedicure with nail art. I highly recommend the royal pedicure, it feels AMAZING and makes your feet look great. The reason I gave them 4 vs 5 stars is because I wasnt impressed with the nail art. I heard of this place from a friend , and was excited to try it out especially with all the good reviews. *the place is clean and organized as well as has a homie feel which I loved. * they have a variety of gel colors which was a plus for me! *The only thing I wasn't a fan about was that I came in without an appointment, and one of the ladies suggested I come in later down the week so I scheduled the appt for a later day and when I came in (it wasn't busy), It took two people to do acrylic and color ... Read about this place on yelp and was pretty confident about it. I was a walk in...turned out pretty packed but I didn't mind waiting. Very nice setting & nice people. When my pedicure was getting started all was well until the paint job I was getting black gel done and I trusted the judgement of the lady painting my toes but after walking out and taking a closer look the black is transparent... only two coats were done usually I get asked if i want another coat to make it darker or not but not this time so I assumed the lady just knew when it was opaque enough or not to get the color advertised on the samples. I was expecting super dark and full black but There was no color pay off, super watery and transparent. another thing.. I guess To avoid getting polish on my skin, the side of my nail has no polish. I also had gel polish cured on the skin around my toes. The massaging, cleaning and cutting up the dead skin and filing is good and all but the paint job which is my favorite part just not done well at all. My fault for trusting and assuming? read more
