I found Adiva through Yelp. Trying to surprise family with a spa day, when you are from out of town can be tough. You have to rely on reviews and so many had said how well they were taken care of that I made our appointments for a relaxing day. We had to rearrange our plans and they were very accommodating. Sadia worked with each of us. We had an hour facial which included a upper body massage.. all our faces looked glorious afterwards and so refreshed!! Next Sadia did our pedicures and pampered us. Brittany and Carrie checked on us throughout our visit making sure we had everything we needed... At the end of our day we had been pampered head to toe (yes pun included) they truly made our day so special. What a beautiful, relaxing and amazing spa experience. This is our second time back to Adiva's while on vacation. I had an hour massage from April again, the BEST massage I've EVER had, and I've had hundreds. My dad was a sports massage therapist for 35 years. April's massage was exactly the perfect mix of pressure and strength with relaxation that I needed for my muscles. She's the most calming and warm person I've ever met. 10/10 recommend her. My daughter had an incredible facial by Mary. She was wonderful and so knowledgeable about her hormonal skin. I can't wait to go back next year. They're all so nice and accommodating at Adiva's. Had the best massage Saturday from Brianna. She was awesome. Very pleased. Then had a pedicure with Gabriella. Best pedicure I have ever had. My toes had to be perfect before she would let me leave. She is a perfectionist and I enjoyed her so much.I have had one there before several years ago and it was a horrible pedicure.Thank you both Brianna and Gabriella for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. This is my first visit to Adiva's. I've given my wife several gift certificates here, for Christmas and birthdays, and she loved it. So, I decided to give it a try when my orthopedic doctor recommended it for my back and shoulder pain. Cherri was my massage therapist and she did an awesome job. She was very friendly and eager to help me. It didn't take her long to find the trouble spots and work them out. I feel better already. The massage was GREAT!! I think the girls name was Faryn? I would most definitely go back to her. The facial was alright. Not worth going back. You could hear everything outside the room...doors slamming, everyone's conversations, loud walking. Rooms were too bright, no candles and no aromas like I'm used to from other places I've been. The shellac manicure turned out really nice. She did a great job and was very friendly. Adiva's is good for Crestview but might disappoint if you're used to spas in bigger cities. read more

Adiva's is a quiet corner of sancity in my hectic life. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and the service is outstanding. Their deep tissue bamboo massage is wonderful and my favorite. Came for my birthday and it was a very nice experience. I purchased the zen massage (hot stones) with cupping. I was greeted with smiling faces and checked in rather quickly. I was given a glass of wine while I waited. Chauntelle was very professional and continued to ask me how I was doing and if there was enough pressure being given. I was very pleased with my massage BUT she totally forgot to give me my hot stone massage! Not a huge deal but was slightly disappointed. They did give me % off a further appointment but as we won't be here very long I won't be able to use it. But all in all very pleased. read more

Getting waxed here is very relaxing. I get waxed by sumalee and she is great! would highly recommend this place. They offer 10% to military.

Sad to say my experience at this location was unpleasant before it even started. I made an appointment for Monday February 26th at 9:00 a.m. That was the next available opening. The person on the phone asked for my name & phone number in order to book the appointment, which I gave. Prior to showing up I googled the location since I'm still new in town and I'm not familiar with the area. The website said their hours start at 10:00 a.m. which confused me because the appointment was booked for 9:00 a.m. l decided to call and confirm the time, I called at 8:43 a.m. NO ONE ANSWERED. So I told myself maybe it was 10:00 and not 9:00. I showed up to the location about 9:38. I decide to sit in my car until 10:00. Then I noticed another car pulled up beside me and the driver went inside. I assumed that was one of the workers so I decided to go inside shortly after. I spoke to lady at the front desk (didn't get her name) I told her I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. but the hours on your website said 10:00 a.m. & I called at 8:43 a.m. to confirm but no one answered. She gave my one of those (mhmmm yeah you missed your appointment) kind of shrug. I did my best to be calm & see if it was any confusion on my part. She said "if you would of left a voicemail I could of called you back I was here at that time but I was switching the phones" (whatever that means) "we can reschedule your appointment" (No apology) & disregarded the fact that I called and no one answered. I decided to respectfully step outside and gather myself. I went back inside and asked her what's the point of taking down names & phone numbers if you don't give courtesy calls, don't your phone show that you have missed call ? She smiled and said once again "if you left a voicemail I would of called back". Then finally decided to say "I'm sorry", which would of been nice the first time at this point I honestly didn't even want to reschedule. I get waxed as regularly as I can by Sumlee, she is awesome! I really like the service but i wish the place looked more spa like, instead of like a dimly lit doctors office in that room. The prices are pretty good, however when I was in hawaii if you were a regular at it, they'd have a lower price for maintenance waxes, so I wish they did that here. Overall, this place is the best I've seen in town so I would recommend it! read more

Today we had the pleasure of getting a couples massage at Adiva's Ageless Aesthetics Spa. Our experience was amazing. The staff is extremely kind and courteous. They take all of your personal preferences into mind and also curate the experience to your specific needs and aches. I had the pleasure of having a masseuse names Nina and my partner had a masseuse named April. They held light conversations and respected our space while at the same time providing a very intimate professional experience. Nina was able to find all of my knots and tough spots. While April made my partner's back feel refreshed. He has a lot of shoulder and back pain in general and she was able to locate all of the trouble spots and provide some relief to that pain. My sister-in-law Brittany recommended the place and actually works there and welcomes guests and provides support to everyone in the business. They have tons of different services and products available for purchase, all of the highest quality. The staff genuinely care about your health and visit. Their prices are very competitive and they also give 10% military or referral discounts. Overall, I highly recommend going in and giving it a try. You will not feel let down! read more

Had appt for pedi, facial and massage....had to cancel facial 4 days earlier...well of course this wasn't noted in the file....promised id only wait 15 min in between pedi and massage..40 min later i just walked out...rude customer service, they did not care they had ruined my first day to myself im 7 years.
