I got sat in the room at 3pm, the massage therapist didn't come to the room until 3:30pm. The massage therapist kept going in and out for 2-5 minutes at a time. I was rushed out of the massage room by 4:10pm. I asked about my 60 minute massage and suddenly they don't know English. But they sure know how to scam, charge your card and still asked for a tip. I asked for a refund and again they still acted confused as if they don't know what I'm talking about.

I understand that English may not be their first language, but this had nothing to do with language--it was the tone, attitude, and body language that were disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable. It makes me question how a business can be run this way and expect customers to want to come back. Because of this experience, I would have to seriously think twice before returning.
