Bottom lineup front-Family & Friends is hands down my absolute favorite spa! I've been a client of the husband and wife duo (i.e., Brett & Andrea) for 6 years. Their massage techniques are well suited for legit muscle, tendon, and joint injuries to include arthritis and the like. Their techniques are equally matched in their ability to calm one's mental state. If you truly experience physical and emotional discomfort and are seeking relief, than this power couple are the right choice for you and your loved ones.
I personally love their combination of essential oils, hot stones, physical stretching, hot towels, and their ability to adapt pressure to meet your needs. While they're known for their couples massages, as a single, I can attest that you will feel safe, comfortable, and at ease with either Brett or Andrea. They are truly family within our small community and they treat their clients as such with the utmost respect, compassion, and professionalism.
They conduct true assessments during the consultation period at the outset of each session in order to maximize the effectiveness and benefits you're seeking.
Their steam shower and mud wraps are beyond heavenly! I've been a consistent client for years, and every visit their are fresh flowers, often roses, & chocolates in my treatment room with juice, water, & champagne offered, as was the case my very 1st appointment. Their gracious, humble, and kind spirits make each visit an escape from reality.
They offer veteran, active-duty, and 1st responder discounts, of which I do not qualify for as a plain Jane civilian...but that matters to me! They care about the brave men and women that put their lives on the line every single day for the protection of the community of which we are all a part.
The skincare treatments are beyond compare! Cold stones, hot stones & towels, multifaceted rotating electronic deep cleaning rounds, red blue and green lighting coupled with wrinkle reducing facial massage techniques etc., -it's the most effective and relaxing facial experience, that's just simply unique to Andrea's creativity and skillful use of of diverse treatment methods. The results are priceless.
