Service was excellent!! I truly LOVED my lady that took one on one care of me. She asked about my "problem areas" and addressed those at 120% level but not at a level too hard! We had the best conversation even though I was enjoying the quiet time I did enjoy adult conversation as well. Adult conversation time was well needed!! The facility was very clean and low key... definitely 10/10 in service and professional quality!! I have been to two other Spas near Navarre and decided to give this one a try. I tried Navarre Healing Arts (which I've had wonderful experiences with) and then I've tried A Day Away Spa in Mary Esther which I've also had wonderful experiences with. I did a full body 90 minute massage with aromatherapy and cupping. I'd never had cupping before and the first couple of "sticks" were a little intense for me but I communicated that and she fixed it. She was so kind so I hate writing an iffy review but I do wish she would have asked me more about my massage pressure preferences. The massage felt to me more like a "rub" and less like an actual massage. I lift weights frequently so I wanted to address some knots and spots all over that get neglected. I just think that with such light pressure those spots did not get addressed. I did request more pressure and it was provided then as time went on went back to more of a light pressure. She was so kind but I do think that some improvements could be made! I used Sarah. Next time I come to town, I will probably try to book at NHA or ADAS before coming back here. But I wouldn't write them off completely! read more

Taylor did a great job of addressing my problem areas as well as creating an environment for relaxation and stress relief. I fell asleep immediately and was so relaxed. Taylor was so nice (provided an extra blanket bc I felt chilled) and adjusted the A/C for me so I wouldn't be too cold. This massage therapy studio is decorated beautifully and they offer CBD massage, hot stones and aromatherapy. Location is easy to find from Navarre, Pensacola or Gulf Breeze. Used to really love this place. Had a recent experience that was far less professional and downright rude. Nothing to do with me, not late, nothing like that. Owner did not handle this recent situation maturely, either. In the past, had great massages and one weird person who is no longer there, but I shared it and owner agreed it was kooky, everything was low drama. Decided it was time to write, because since asking around, have heard other locals tell me the same type of stuff. I do not like to write up things badly, like to support, but those of us who have supported even during early opening weeks of this business and beyond should state when we see it slip. Rudeness should NEVER be tolerated, either, when the customer did not do anything wrong. The name is "mini escape", so it should feel that way, right? read more
