I got sat in the room at 3pm, the massage therapist didn't come to the room until 3:30pm. The massage therapist kept going in and out for 2-5 minutes at a time. I was rushed out of the massage room by 4:10pm. I asked about my 60 minute massage and suddenly they don't know English. But they sure know how to scam, charge your card and still asked for a tip. I asked for a refund and again they still acted confused as if they don't know what I'm talking about.
