I'm very happy that I took their recommendation and visited Norma Jean. It's obvious that she has a passion for what she does and an incredible amount of skill. She took the time to dig into my presenting problem in order to find the best methods for me. She communicated very clearly about her recommendations and I felt confident that she gathered enough information from me to adequately treat my areas of concern. The massage itself was very good. I'm not the "relaxation massage" type of guy and usually opt for deep tissue or therapeutic sports massage. I've found some LMT's to apply too little or too much pressure, ruining the whole experience. I found Norma Jean's technique to be right within my tolerance and she communicated very clearly to set my expectations. She's a wonderful LMT. I'll certainly be visiting her again.

I left there and felt much looser when I asked for a deep tissue massage I got a deep tissue massage. I went back today to follow up to get more of the tension out. It was so amazing. I fell asleep. I feel much more relaxed than I have in quite a while. Lucy did a phenomenal job. I am so grateful that she has squeezed me in twice and done. Such a great job on hoping my neck back and shoulders and mobility. No headache since I went the first time two weeks ago.
