So, let me start by saying don't let the outside fool yah lol while the outside may seem a little scary the inside is very beautiful and relaxing. I haven't had a massage in 4yrs and was super excited when my hubby/son got me a massage for mothers day. When I got there I saw they had a mother's day special and asked about it. This massage was longer and came with more. Only thing is, I had only booked an hr long massage. Well my specialist was so nice she took time from her lunch break to give me the mothers day special. It was so sweet and so unexpected. The massage was so relaxing and very thorough. I enjoyed it so much I didn't want to leave lol. I will definitely be coming back here again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great massage! read more

This was my first massage in about 5 years so I started off with a 45 minute session. My neck, shoulders and lower back were the areas of focus. My masseuse did a great job. The rooms are nice and private, the background music was relaxing. They offer aromatherapy but I didn't choose to do that this time. Overall I really enjoyed my session and will be back for more. read more

Massage! My husband won for me 2 massages from this business in the past year! A lady named Tina took wonderful wonderful care of me! The most relaxing massage I've ever had! She never stopped mid back or shoulder or neck or on your head. It was always flowing strokes as she always followed through! She also doesn't talk unless you talk! A major plus! This is a a very cozy place and Very feng shui ! The price are very reasonable as well! read more

I had done "maintenance and Reward" massages for years, and Tina always understood my explanations of "aches" and her massages ALWAYS left me feeling better afterward (her deep tissue stuff will bring tears to your eyes)... called on Thurday, needing a massage, but Tina (My Normal) was booked up, so I was getting a "new girl", Nancy... maybe new to Massageworks, but Girl has been riding this rodeo for 30 plus years.... I was "Disappointed" that "my Girl " wasn't availalable, but oh my God, the difference! I would NEVER complain about past services, but Nancy asked a few quick questions (I'm an ATK Amputee by the way), and she went to work.... extremely Technical, hitting all the points, but very focused on current issues, such as "Stump management" sciatic issues resulting from new walking techniques.... Bottom Line.... everyone here has a skill set, and each has their own techniques... Each new masseuse, has opened up a new pain management techniques to me, and every time I leave there, I feel better.... they know how to hire talent.... nothing more need be said... HK read more

This place was located in a little strip mall, you would miss it if you weren't looking for it. They are known for their Massages, so please take this review with a grain of salt. I'd been looking for someone to wax my under arms as everyone else was booked or on vacation. They had availability to squeeze me in one afternoon. The staff was real friendly and I had a super short wait time after completing some paperwork. My esthetician was nice and attempted to make small talk as she performed the procedure. Her technique wasn't what I was used to; needless to say, I was left with chemical burns that stung for a week. But, she did give me a sweet shoulder massage while trying to smooth my comfort. read more

Sent my wife to the spa for a day. 90 minute massage and wax dip and peel for her hands. Only cost $120 and kept her pre-occupied for nearly 3 hours!!! Most peaceful day. Ever... All jokes aside, my wife thoroughly enjoyed the experience and stated that she needed that everyday of her life from now on... Not happening. But she emerged from the spa relaxed, happy and in the best mood I have seen her in for a while. Recommend any guy send his wife/girlfriend here as a gift, for quiet time, or even if you need a good "I am sorry" gift. P.S. outside looks less than impressive, but once you walk in, you'll know you're in the right place. :) read more

As an athletic person I have had a hard time finding someone who could really get in there and break up my knots, etc. Everyone I have encountered here so far has been great and Cindy gave me the massage I have been looking for. Will be going back regularly. So grateful to my friend at the gym who referred me :) read more

While vacationing in Ft. Walton, I needed to get a good massage. I found Massage Works on Yelp and made the call. I am so glad!! Robi was great!! She has a lot of knowledge and understood the type of massage I am used to getting. I would really recommend Massage Works for your next massage in that area!! read more

This place will be my next favorite massage parlor especially all the staffers can really massage.

Massage Works is a wonderful team of people that truly supports local military men and women. If you're comparing places to go for a relaxing afternoon, I would highly recommend supporting this local business as they have great morals and are such caring individuals! Also, do not let curb appeal deter you from the oasis you'll find behind the front door! read more

Excellent massage at a great price point. Vibe is unpretentious yet professional. Described my problem muscle areas to Tina and she magically worked out all the tension in those areas. Definitely recommend Massage Works, it's the best I've tried in FWB to date. read more

Great Service by Norma very professional. I loved this place for my massage while on vacation. Norma gave me alot of helpful tips in regards to the problems that I am having with my back and shoulders and I have put those into practice. I was sore from my massage, but that is to be expected when the kinks and tightness are worked out. My family and myself are going to try to make the trip to Fort Walton Beach and annual family tradition and I think I just might make this place part of the tradition every year I go. read more

Great place to go!! I get massages to fix what's broken and Cindy seemed to know exactly where all my injuries were precisely located. I showed up pretty sore and in pain. When I left I was so happy with the progress she was able to make! Fully mobile and ready to go! As an athlete, I highly recommend their services if you need a tune up. read more

I have visited this location for a massage several times. My shoulders get really tight and pained after workouts and stress. While the massage ALWAYS helps (they have bruised me but it worked, my muscles were messed up and I felt so much better after) they talked the ENTIRE time!!! I'm supposed to be relaxing and I had to worry about keeping up with their chatty conversation. I took my husband for his birthday and the young lady who took care of him talked about her fake breasts with him and talked the entire time.he said he was very thankful for the massage but preferred we go everywhere else next time. These yep talkers are the only two ladies who work every day except Monday. She also showed me her bra during my massage a month later....if we were friends that's cool, but it was very unprofessional. If you don't mind that then the awesome but noisy massage is for you. read more

Best massages in town! I've had massages from both Robbie and Victoria and absolutely love how I FEEL during and after the massage. The healthy intrinsic effects last for days. Also noteworthy; the customer service and ambiance. I love these ladies and this place. read more

My husband and I were in need of a good massage while we were in Ft Walton Beach visiting family. I am a dentist in NC and have been receiving monthly massages for years. My experience at Massage Works was by-far one of the best massages I have ever had. Christina was my therapist and she was able to treat my tense neck, shoulder, and back muscles. I could tell by her technique that she is very experienced and knowledgable. My husband's massage therapist, Cindy, had amazing technique and strength to relief my husband's aching tendons and muscles. We STRONGLY recommend receiving a massage from Massage a Works if you are in the Ft Walton Beach and Destin area! read more
