Sonya is an amazing massage therapist! Every time I see her, she works out all of my problems. As in problems, I mean neck, shoulder, upper back and even my head. My most recent appointment was for left neck & shoulder pain. I had messed my neck up in my sleep and couldn't look left hardly at all. I tried everything I could think of to relax my muscles by myself. Nothing really seem to help. In the end I ended up scheduling an appointment with Sonya. Not only did she use a heated moist towel to stretch my neck out but the cupping she did really helped. I can now look to the left fully! I highly recommend you go see her! This lady is awesome!!! I have lupus and have a lot of stiffness and pain... This particular day I had super horrible neck stiffness issues and had been taking pain pills for 3 straight days!! Was absolutely miserable!! Went to the doctor got a steroid shot and inflammatory shot and pain meds. Didn't work!! She did more for me in 15 mins with an unofficial massage in a waiting room... Then anything I had tried in 3 days!! She communicated very well and was very informative as to what she was doing and what was going on inside my body!!
