Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare because I kept having to change…read moredates...BUT Kelly was super helpful and kept working around my schedule to get me an appointment. Really appreciated that! The massage place is a quaint office like building and walking in just felt quiet and calm. When I first got there, Kelly had me fill out a piece a paper that helped indicate some health background. She then sat down with me and went through where I wanted to focus my massage on. Overall, the massage was worth it and relaxing for me. I'm sure at times I kept drifting off here and there. I had told Kelly that my trapezius muscles and low back were my constant buggers and she did emphasize on those. I can't say that the knots in my muscles are gone, but it was a good start on working out these knots. Kelly also didn't keep going at the knots that my muscles felt sore/bruised, which was nice. She has a medium-slightly heavy pressure and it was actually perfect pressure for me. I definitely recommend and will most likely schedule another appointment!

I've since seen her 3 more times for more of a full body massage, and she has intuitive hands. Without my telling her, she knows exactly where to pause and work just by feel. She is very open to feedback about pressure and checks in appropriately for my comfort. The room is very relaxing and the heated massage table is a plus. I really like that Jacqueline has me sit and update her on my symptoms before we start the massage so she can plan out what she recommends we focus on. I never feel any pressure to schedule more, but she is always open to seeing me as needed. The app is super easy to navigate to self schedule. Payment is easy at the end of the session on an ipad with a credit card, and you can add gratuity there without any pressure. I HIGHLY recommend Jacqueline. She has great hands, an intuitive sense of what areas need more help, great communication and teaching skills, a great bedside manner, and seems to genuinely care about her patients comfort and well being.
