I came in and it seemed the place was empty. The lights were all off, but a friendly young lady came out to greet me right away. There was a strong language barrier as she quickly led me to a room in the back. A few minutes into my massage, the phone rang and she left the room to go answer it. I don't realize it at the time, but when she came back in, she brought the phone with her which rang again and I could hear an older male voice stating he had just called. Then a man came into the business and she left me again to go talk to an older man in the lobby. Apparently there was another therapist in the building that I didn't realize was in there with us. I'm going to guess he went to the back as I didn't see him when I came out about 10 minutes later. I definitely didn't get my moneys worth and definitely did not received my whole hours of massage after all of the interruptions. When I tell you it was needed, I was extremely pleased. I was so tight all over my body. Kristen's hands magically released those tight areas in my body. It was good to feel normal in my body again.
