I had a heavier set woman with dark hair that was dyed blonde in some places, I did not catch her name, however she was horrible. First, she asked me if the water was too hot and I told her it was actually cold. She adjusted it and then it still remained cold. I paid for the Tropical Pedicure which included callus removal, but all that was used was jelly and a pumice stone and all calluses are still present even after I asked her to do whatever she needed to do make sure they are all gone because I wear heels for work and my feet needed the extra mile. For $77 with 20% tip this is just crazy to me. Then, when she was opening the new packet of tools to perform the pedicure she dropped an instrument on the ground (which was dirty as heck) and picked it back up, didn't sanitize it and it had other peoples hair hanging off it, which she used her gloved hand to remove and yet she continued with the dirty tool anyway. During the nail polish process she started out by wearing gloves, and then decided to take the gloves off and use her own finger nails to dig the pooling nail polish from my toenails. I walked out with streaky off-white nails from poor application, and my pinky toe on my right foot has so much polish on that it looks like a huge glob sitting on top of my toenail. For reference: my appointment was at 1:00PM, I paid for the Tropical Pedicure, and gel nail polish in off-white.

I sat down, and they let my feet actually soak.. then the real fun started.. he cleaned 10 pounds( not really) from my toes! I get pedies every other month, and this was the most grooming, time taken on my feet! I'm use to a 20-30 mins one and done type pedi! I think this was about 45 mins and worth every min! To filing by hand, taking care of my in growns to shaving my heels down 3 inches because I wear heels! It's very relaxing and I could have taken a nap, next time I will! It smells good inside as well, not like nail polish or acrylic! Definitely my new spot! As it should be yours too I hope this helps, and they're reasonably priced!

Called 6/5/26 @4:15 to schedule an appt for 2 ,myself & my daughter got 5:30pm (that has never had a pedi before in her life she's 21) spoke to Kevin. He said "sure come for 2 people ". I called at 5:42pm to advise him stuck in traffic be there shortly. He said "it's still ok to come". Got there at 5:48pm Advised them it's my daughter's 1st pedi. One lady was doing a manicure, there was Kevin and another guy employee. Were both sat down in the chair feet in the tub. A white man and his son walked in without an appointment, Kevin said "we can take you guys ", had them both sat down in the chair. The one guy started on my feet while Kevin started on the dad's feet while my daughter just sat there. I addressed him and he just shrugged his shoulders and laughed at me. I Then called my husband, he got there asked Kevin to step outside to chat. Then when Kevin was done with the dad's feet, he proceeded to do the son's feet. And not my daughter's feet. At this time, my blood is boiling the gentlemen finish my feet and then proceeded to do my daughter's feet. I said "Kevin you know this is not right, You know you're wrong for this" In , a gentle, firm, assertive tone.. He just smiled and asked me if I wanted a manicure. I just laughed at him. Like are you kidding me? They closed at seven. We didn't get out of there until 730pm So long story long, if you want to be discriminated, this is the best place for you to go. This is the first experience that my daughter had to endure and it was completely horrendous and horrible. They have lost my business.( this was NOT my 1st time going to them.)
