Came in frantically trying to get my nails done the day before a wedding on a Thursday afternoon. Wait wasnt too long. Owned by a husband and wife duo, who watch over their 2 boys after school while tending to customers. Super cute family dynamic. Pros: Good color selection- lots of OPI unlike a lot of other places in the area, friendly staff, precision and care while working on your nails. Not streaky at all, and they looked perfect when I left the store. Cons: Kind of pricey-I paid around $66 for gel mani and regular pedi....also my mani was chipping a week later. I would suggest using Gelish brand if possible. read more

I was having a self care Saturday and I am so glad I stumbled to this place near my hair salon! They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. It was a quaint and a very clean space. I stopped in today since I needed my nails done and I was staying in Crestview. A husband and wife are the only two that work here and they had their twin sons there as well. Very nice customer service and the place was clean but outdated. They did a good job, and I'm happy it went well. Fill in on a full set with gel polish was $30. I can imagine the wait time could run up quick with only two people working. It's probably best to call ahead or show up during a non rush hour time. read more

Let me start off by saying, I'm new to the area and I'm trying to find a new nail place. I'm writing this review as I'm sitting in the chair getting a pedicure. I'm actually wondering why I'm still here. The first chair they put me in, the jets were broke. No problem, that can happen to anyplace. The second chair the jets work, but the massager doesn't. Now I know, why is she complaining about a chair? When I go to get a pedicure, I want to relax. I want the massage. Now she just pinched my toe. To add insult to the injury, she just said I moved. Lol, I didn't move until she pinch me with the cuticle cutters . Over all she was a little ruff. The paint looks good and I'm waiting on it to dry. Let's hope that it is good polish not thinned out by polish remover (it will take forever to dry if it is). Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this salon again. read more

Being new to the area and trying to find something that is similar to what I had back home , I was too excited when I came across Elegant Nails ! Both him and his wife do a fantastic job on my nails ... I always get something different from pointy nails , squared or coffin nails and they are the only ones in Crestview that I know of that know exactly what I'm talking about !!!! They have some variety of colors. I do wish they had more like the lady I went to Back in the west coast but for Crestview they are perfect ! The price is so affordable !!!! I would give this place a -5 if i could. This is a dump of a place. The worst nail salon i have ever been in. One person working did a manicure charged $17 for removing gel and cutting the nails, no massage of the hands and horrible customer service. This place needs to be shut down. They don't use a liner in the pedicure tub nor do they clean it. If anyone is looking for a good nail salon in Crestview they need to try C.T. nails. Million times better. Have no idea why these other reviews are giving good reviews. Don't waste your time or money at this dump. read more

this salon is nothing special. cute couple runs it but the man does not do a good acrylic nail set. all of my nails are crooked and some are lumpy. he didn't cover many of my nails all the way with nail polish and my nails are flat. if you know anything at all about acrylics or fake nails in general you would know there's supposed to be one part that is a little thicker than the rest (called an apex). my nails have no apex which means that they will break super easily. he talked me out of getting coffin nails because "they break easily." well yeah they break easily i you don't know how to do nails! he also didn't push back my cuticles/trim them and didn't do any type of lotion or hand massage. he used a super rough emory board on my nails which i didn't appreciate. my pedicure was fine but he didn't do much of a massage at all and left a giant spot of lotion in my anklets after he told me not to take them off. he also snatched the massage chair remote from me and told me not to change it. don't come here if you're looking for good acrylics or good treatment. read more

Worst service ever. Our group of 4 wanted to get a manicure and 1 pedicure. We called to see how busy they were and the man assured me they were not busy and we could be helped right away. We were right outside of the salon when I called, so there's no way they got so busy within the 17 seconds it took for us to walk in. We walked in and there was 1 person being helped. We were asked what we needed and told to sit and wait. 30 minutes later the 1st person in our group started her pedicure. 5 minutes later, 2 of our manicures started. The man who did the manicures was very nice, personable and friendly. The woman, however, didn't speak. Was very short when spoken to, and did not do what I asked with my manicure. I did not want polish, just a clear coat..I guess this angered her, because after a 2 minute soak in cold, soapy water, she quickly used an Emory board to shape my nails a little and used a bit of buffering cream to polish my nails. No cuticle care, no warm soak and lotion, no clipping. No top coat of clear or anything! This 5 minute "manicure" cost me an unbelievable $12. I was in shock. I'm not a cheapskate, but I do believe we should get what we pay for and this manicure was not worth our gas money to drive to this salon. When our group was finished, we paid our separate bills and when the man told me $12, I made a noise like a sarcastic laugh. He asked me, "Not satisfied, ma'am?". I responded, " Not at all." And held my nails for him to look at. He just smiled and handed my credit card back to me! We will definitely not be returning to this nail salon, and I will tell whoever I can to avoid this place at all costs! read more

I've only gone here once and it will definitely be the last. The man who did my nails was rude and argumentative. I had a specific nail design I wanted and he fought me the whole way. When he was finally done, I told him that it wasn't what I wanted and he got mad at me. Then he tried to charge me extra ($15) because I wanted a stiletto nail, I told him it was not gonna happen. When I finally gave him my card he had the nerve to ask for a tip! So I said "Sure! Tip, don't be an ass to your customers." I then left. I highly recommend to never ever go here. The only reason I gave them a star, is because it wouldn't let me leave it blank. read more
