The way that man did the new set was horrible all of my nails lifting up and you can see a clear gap between my natural nail and the acrylic.... So I had to get them taken off. I couldn't even get a fill... because of their initial bad job... I went in asking is it possible to take it off and put a new set on next week because obviously they look like shit and there was a ton of dirt under my nails since they were put on incorrect. No explanation, not grinding them off men that I would have bending backwards nails that I can't work with. Both the women who spoke English well and the woman who didn't as well clearly ignored what I was saying and just wanted to see me in pain. I explained that I needed to have my nails done next week for a wedding.. they said that's fine and then by the end of taking my nails off I said wow my nails are extremely thin how am I gonna put another set on this and now the answer changed to I cannot get my nails done again until they are completely grown out in 3 to 6 months...
