I showed the guy who was doing my nails a picture of what I wanted. it was a simple French tip. He made them too short, too thick, barely cleaned under the acrylic after he applied it. overall he was rude and I'm definitely not coming back. New to the area and was looking for a place to get a pedicure. First time in they ask if I wanted jel. I ask if it was more expensive because I had never had it before. I was told just a little. It was $65. Went back today and was just going to get regular polish (I took my own). I was told it was an extra $5 to have jel removed. What?? Then I was asked if I wanted the callus treatment. An extra $5. Then I was ask about some kind of crystal something or other on my legs. An extra $10. I debated leaving a review or not. I usually do not and can make peace with any situation. This, however, you should know. I will NOT be returning to your establishment. After talking to a few others that frequent your establishment, I'm not alone. You should really talk to the guy who absolutely does not want to be there - I do not know his name, I'm sure you know exactly who. He is so incredibly rude that it makes you hate your experience. He probably told me to "relax" over 20 times while "slightly" slapping my hand and not in a nice way. He did this in a way he rolled his eyes and visibly looked annoyed. This is the second time in a row I have had him and I was hoping he would be different this time but no. He said it so much he was making me anxious and nervous. That's absolutely insane. Go somewhere else. In one month I had fungus under 1/4 of my big toe nail. Had to cut the toenail down when I got home.

this was my second time there and will never go back. I went on May 10 I got the same thing done and was charged $66.95. Today I was charged $128.75 make it make sense. If this not price gouging. I don't know what is. Only thing different is I got a bow on each hand I guess the 2 bows was $30.00 each. and he asked me was I going to tip hell no. When you charged double get your tip from there. I looked up the prices cause I have a picture of it too. I'll never go back there and I like his work but if that's how they handle business I don't want it. read more

Was the worst pedicure I've ever had. Toenails were actually cut crooked. Edges were rough and paint didn't cover. Asked the man to even them up, either he didn't understand or know how. Will be going somewhere else tomorrow to have them fixed. read more

Place looked pitiful, not inviting, so I did not bother with services all I have to say.

I was able to get an appointment same day as making it and now I understand why. Very nice and friendly however the service was disappointing. The steps of shellac nail service were not familiar to me. A towel was never put down to catch all the dust from the removal of my existing shellac polish nor was the dust ever brushed off so my hands remained dusty the whole time even when I put nails under UV light. I could see all the white dust all over my hands. My nails were not cleaned up and had pink polish around nail beds, ends of nails rough and a horrible line of polish around the entire nail. I didn't notice any of this til I got to my car and inspected nails! So disappointed, I will never go back here again. read more

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've had. My gel manicure and pedicure are both very sloppy. The manicurist got polish on my skin around the cuticle which has caused a lot of pain and irritation. She also caused my toe to bleed from using the nipper, as you can see in the photos. It was quite pricey ($80) for the area, especially considering the lack of quality. I will definitely never go back here. read more

This place used to be the best place, however the level of experience is lacking. They should not let a teenager use the razor. She sliced my toe right open !! Numerous shortcuts were taken...no cuticle remover, very minimal work on cuticles, nails left rough with old polish still showing. I could go on and on. Was in town visiting family and Called ahead and there was no wait but the staff can barely communicate with its customers. I told the man giving me a pedicure that the water was cold could he make it hotter (ice cold) he just smiled at me and laughed. I got a manicure but all it looks like is that he chopped up my cuticles and went on. Over all completely sub par experience the girl at the front desk kept saying 35 only? Apparently you have to let them you how much you want them to run your card (i.e. the tip) for which i was a little leery since I've NEVER been asked that before. My daughter and I stopped in to get a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. They told us to pick out polish and we stood around a few minutes and finally asked if they wanted us to sit. They started the water and 40 minutes later we were still sitting there with our feet in the water. I guess we should have said something sooner but we kept thinking someone would come off a break and get us started. If they were slammed they should have told us it would be a significant wait so we could go somewhere else. They finally started my daughter and by this time I had taken my feet out. Since they didn't start mine I opted out. Her pedicure looked good, but the customer service wasn't there at all. read more

I saw the low rating and decided to take a chance instead of driving to Pensacola. I walked in waited 20 minutes for Shellac polish. Got started about 5 and didn't leave until almost 7. The tech went through the process and realized the polish didn't set on thumb nails. As she was taking polish she started on all nail because none set. The women beside me was having issues also because the tech wasn't polishing entire nail. I sat there while she redid them. As she was checking me out I felt she was rushing me even though no one was waiting for service. I gave her a tip and she acted as if she didn't want to take it. I WILL NOT GO BACK. As I was leaving the lady beside me asked for them to just take the polish off her nails because, they just weren't getting it right. I felt so bad for her. I was charged full price. I just recently discovered this nail salon in Milton. It is clean and everyone was very nice to me and I did not have an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. I didn't wait very long at all. Andy did my manicure and pedicure. He did an awesome job and I will definitely be back. The prices are decent and well worth it. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!!! read more
