Fantastic treatment! I was truly pampered and will absolutely be back in a few weeks. It was my first time here, and I think it will be my new regular spot! Thank you so much! read more

My nails were gorgeous...so happy with them. Also, everyone was very polite and professional.

Jami's is my favorite nail salon in town. All of the nail technicians pay close attention to detail and are meticulous as well as kind and attentive. My toes and hands are always so cute when I'm done and I feel refreshed when I leave. I highly recommend them! read more

My go to spot for pedicures! They really take their time with the massage and the exfoliating even for the basic pedicure!

Quick, professional and clean. Good pricing. Family run business. My new go to nail salon.

You can't beat the service and welcoming attitude. We get the volcano pedicure each time and it's a very relaxing experience. And BONUS, all the chairs are new, modern massage chairs. I'm not a painted toe nails type of guy, but the ladies have never complained. read more

I used to visit Jami's nails every 2 weeks. The vibe has changed. They really shuffle you through. It's not very clean and they leave the doors open a lot which causes flies inside. The staff also smokes right outside the business. The quality of nails is fine but all the other things have stopped me from going here read more

I made an appointment for a gel manicure. I kid you not I was there not even 15 minutes start to finish. I told her I didn't like the color and asked if I could change it. She ignored me and kept on. The water that she soaked my hands in was cold. When it came time for the lotion and message she put a pump on one finger and dapped it on the top of my hands then played a towel over it. Didn't even rub it in or anything. I was so mad and annoyed. Worst experience EVER. NEVER WILL I GO BACK read more

I'm picky and hadn't found a great nail place in the area. Tried Jami's after the reviews I saw here and had a fantastic experience. Price was reasonable and service was great. Everything was clean and they had a good product selection. Found my new nail place! read more

They are polite and cordial. Everyone is very nice and talented. They have lots of different types of colors and types of polish and spa treatments. They can also interpret they colors based on what you describe. You can show up and get a treatment no matter who is there, though if you like a specific person they can accommodate!! read more

my nails look amazing! they were fast but thorough. I forgot who my nail tech was, but he was so amazing! He moved here seven years ago and went to school in Colorado for five months, so I'm sorry I forgot your name but you did a great job! read more

Best nail salon in the entire Pensacola area! Don't go anywhere else. Love the people and the service. The place was so clean, too!

There was four of us and we got in and out pretty quickly. They did an amazing job on all of our pedicures! It did seem like they were talking stuff but they got the job done so who cares if they not going to say it to our face anyways 10/10! Owner was kind of rude but not too much we couldn't handle. Ps. My feet not the cutest so just look at the nails lol read more

It was nice to be able to schedule an appt online but i wasn't too pleased with my experience. Me and my little girl went to have mani/pedis and the lady did not listen to what my daughter wanted and rushed her services. She was done with hands and feet before my pedicure was done. The guy during my manicure clipped above my cuticle and made me bleed. It still hurts. I just thought they lacked in customer service. One day after and both are nails are already chipped away. read more

Great Customer Service ! The staff was super friendly they have a lot of products to choose from. I love SNS and they seem to be the only Nail salon locally who does it ! They also have OPI powders which is what I got this time. If you do powder like I do I love the fact that they place the matching nail polish next to the Powder !! Which makes it 10X easier when you doing a mani and pedi ! The small details mean so much If you are using GPS it will take to on the opposite side of the street so just look out for the sign. You will love this spot PROMISE ! read more

Love the fact that you can make appts and they're actually ready for you at that time. There are lots of nail colors to choose from, salon is clean, and staff is friendly! They did an amazing job with my pedicure, and didn't hurt me during the process. I'll definitely be returning! read more

The reviews of this place are amazing so I tried it out while visiting family in town. I received a gel pedicure and manicure. I am so disappointed to say that the gel on one of my toe nails just came off after only four days. The gel is also already peeling off of my nails. It was an older gentleman who did my nails. I am assuming he is new since a younger male watched him paint my toes and gave him feedback as he was doing my pedicure. I understand that new people need to learn, but if the service isn't going to be good then lower the price for training new employees. read more

I came here for a pedicure with my daughter. The gentleman who did my pedicure was Lee. It was a super good pedicure with attention to details and a great foot and lower leg massage. The salon was clean and nice music playing. The prices was also good. read more

Clean salon and great pedicure. I highly recommend this place. My sisters and mom were also pleased with their salon experience.

I went to Jami's for the first time after decent reviews, and I was pretty disappointed. First, I made an appointment online almost a week in advance and I still waited 20 minutes to be seen (it wasn't even busy). I just wanted a simple file of my nails to shape, and white polish. I am from California originally, and usually nail techs will clean the edges with acetone and a brush to get a finer finish. Well as you can see, the paint was not cleaned up. There was also clumps on some of the sides and the tech tried to file them down but ended up taking pieces of my actual nail. Although my nail tech was very sweet, I felt like he wasn't following what I really wanted. I tried to be very specific (gel l white mani is pretty straight forward), but he couldn't understand (it seemed to be a language barrier). I'm pretty disappointed as these are my nails for a special event. They ended up looking worse than what I came in with. I will not be going back here as the quality and customer service is not reflective of the prices. read more

I've been here several times. I've only ever gotten a pedicure, but it's always been great. I wouldn't choose any other place!

After a bad experience at another nail salon 2 weeks ago, I was still on the hunt for a place I could go to when I was home here in FL. I got ombré dip nails and was very happy with the end results. I will be back for sure when I'm not traveling! read more

Went today and was right away greeted. Really nice, and was quick to get us in! I went with a friend and we were lost on what we wanted, they were patient and worked with us to figure out what we wanted. After everything was done the price was great! Super affordable. I was nervous because I have heard of places charging $70 for nails. This place wasn't one of them! I'll be going here for now on and plan to share with my friends about this place too!! read more

I stopped by Jami's Nails & Spa today as a walk in. I was greeted as soon as I got inside. I picked out my polish and was immediately seated. The gentleman (Lee) did an amazing job! I had the Tropical Citrus Volcano pedicure. It smelled fantastic! He spent about an hour working on my nails, legs and feet. He used various scrubs, lotions, hot towels and hot stones! The leg massage was awesome! If you are looking for a "High End" pedicure, this is the place! It was beautifully decorated and very quiet compared to some places I have been. I used to go to Wind Creek Spa in Atmore, but this place has greatly surpassed them in terms of friendliness, service, quality and price! This is my new favorite place! Try them, you won't be disappointed! read more

Absolutely love this place! Time I walked in, I felt welcomed and it's so inviting. They are so sweet and kind. I would and I DONT ever say this about somewhere I've never been on the 1st visit, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Mrs, Cindy is amazing, done exactly what I asked.. And I've never had somewhere nail it the 1st time, but she did... She is by far the best I've found in Pace... And look forward to coming back!!!! Even if it's a hour drive from crestview. Ms, My did my feet, and I would also recommend her!!! Ben the guy who was working the front is also sweet.. They really make you feel welcome and cared for .. read more

TERRIBLE- the lady did NOT listen to what I wanted AT ALL- she kept blaming what I asked her to fix ON ME. She ended up putting tips on my nails because she ripped my previous acrylic set off and took my REAL NAIL WITH IT! The nails turned out fine but they are NOT WHAT I WANTED. I would NEVER recommend going there. read more

I just finished a gel mani and pedicure and am so happy with the friendly, attentive and professional service! My nails and toes look great, and I made another appointment for a few weeks from now. A comfortable atmosphere, clean and sanitary pedicure chairs, and a HUGE selection of colors and brands. I had two ladies working on me so I was able to get in and out in less than an hour which was fantastic. I have tried other places nearby and always been disapointed either by rudeness or just a crappy manicure, so I am so happy Jami's is open and I look forward to coming back! read more
