I went and got my nails done a few days ago! Literally 4 days ago! My nails are lifting and popping off! I called and made a complaint. They refused to refund me or fix my nails. They told me they don't give refunds. The lady on the phone told me she had to go because she was busy and had other costumers to take care of. Im so upset right now! This cost me $50! I will not be back to this salon!! Worst experience I've ever had!! This is seriously the worst nail set I've ever received!! Do NOT go here!! Pissed off is an understatement! read more

Guys I won't be back to this place. I'll start by saying I'm still bleeding. I went in for a basic pedicure the day before Thanksgiving and walked right in. They have 6 pedicure stations and 5 manicure stations, relative to the area this seems like a normal sized place. I chose an OPI color and was fine with the selection, I'm also not super picky. It's not a high end place but I expected to get a decent pedicure for $23. It took right around half an hour and I was pleasantly surprised with hot towels on my legs while I waited to dry. My toes hurt from skin being ripped off and my feet are hella dry. I still have mega dead skin on the bottoms. Maybe my expectations are high but if I just wanted a polish change I could have done that on my own. I wish I had driven a little bit further to go to herbal nails. Won't be going back. read more

I had such a nice experience. I just moved here and I am looking for my forever nail shop. I think I found it! I have never had such a gentle experience! Every time I get a new full set either acrylic or dip, my nails always hurt by the end of the appointment. They file to hard, the drill was to fast and gets hot etc. My experience was completely opposite here. My technician was Lynn and she was so gentle. I will be going back! I was nervous to try this place because of the mixed reviews but give them a try! read more

I absolutely LOVE this place ... Ida is so friendly so humble and so honest. I drive 25 minutes for her and her staff. I get Gel nails and the VIP pedicure.. you have to ask for the upgrade bc she doesn't like to push anything on her customers. I had been going to Ida for quite some time for acrylics. However, I've had multiple problems with the acrylics lifting off my nails, not even a week into having them. I thought I was going crazy. I was never rough with my nails. So they shouldn't be doing this, right? One thing I will say, though, is that she would fix them for free. But I didn't have the time to keep on going back OVER and OVER again. Even the freshly fixed ones would only last me a few days. Just recently, I tried out another salon. Jami's Nails & Spa. I talked to the tech about how often they would lift. She took a look. Turns out this whole time, the acrylic was attached to my skin and it was right up on the cuticle, causing it to lift. So, it wasn't my fault. Needless to say, I found a much better nail tech. She is outstanding. I will not be returning to Best Nails. Not only did they lift, but they just looked pretty sloppy the majority of the time. Especially when they started growing out. So, if you want nails that last and look nice and neat, don't go to Best Nails. I never realized how much harm was actually being done to my skin and cuticles. (Also, she's gotten me with that drill multiple times). read more

I ALWAYS went here for my nails between 2011-2013. Never had a problem. Went the other day to get my nails done she they turned out HORRIBLE. No light to dry nails... Just a fan.i had to remind her she missed nails for the second coat (she was on the phone)... There was extra acrylic under most of the nails that I had to dig out myself.. My thumb nail got smudged as soon as I walked out the door because they weren't dry... Just a terrible experience and wasted money. read more

I have never written a bad review about anywhere before, but my experience here was so bad it called for an exception. I went to get nails for my graduation and I wanted acrylics. I had gotten my nails there once before and had a good experience, but this time a guy I'd never seen did my nails. When he filed with the electric nail grinder tool, he filed into the skin beneath my nails, which was a burning pain, but I decided that I could endure it because I thought it was just a one time thing. However, he did it to every single finger, and when he used the hand file, he cut into my skin and kept filing. It hurt so bad I had to yank my hands back. I bled two times. Turns out he had just been hired three months ago, which really is still not an excuse for continuously hurting the customer. I decided to take my nails off today so they could recover and I was shocked at what I saw. The nail beds that had hurt the worst when he filed into them have blood in them still. The glue will not come off no matter how long I soak in acetone. My nails are destroyed (and I've had acrylics before so I know that taking them off messes up your nails, but this time can't be matched). I recommend finding somewhere with better quality employees and services until Best Nails shapes up. read more
