My nails have always lasted me a month with no chipping or breaking. The pedicures have been great. The last three times I have went.

First time to Nails Station and I was very impressed...not easy to do! The salon is beautiful and clean. T did my pedicure and his attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend this salon and will go back next time I am in town visiting family. read more

I haven't had nail service done here but went in to get a gift card for a friend who LOVES it. I was impressed by (1) how busy it was on a Thursday morning; (2) how clean it was; (3) how quickly I was served; and (4) how polite and helpful the owner, Tyler, was. I will definitely be going here soon for my next pedicure! read more

So, I have not gotten my nails done in a while, and with so many options around here, it can make your head spin! We came upon this place, and I'm sure glad we did! When we arrived, we got such a warm welcome from Amanda, and she and Winnie took such amazing care of us! We walked out of there feeling pampered and with our hands and feet looking pretty terrific! There are plenty of pedicure options to choose from. The pedicure chairs are second to none... clean, comfortable, and the massaging features are pretty fantastic too! I chose the Spa Pedicure which included a lovely foot and leg sugar scrub and massage. They definitely made us feel special. Pricing is competitive and clearly marked in their menu as well as on their website, which I love! Make an appointment today... and support this great local business! read more

I was very pleased with the courtesy and speed of getting my nails done. I found this place while on vacation. It is always scary to use a different nail tech and place, but this salon was very good from the moment I needed to get in, they were accommodating. I get acrylic with gel over. read more

Tyler Dang never ceases to amaze me! A couple years ago, I was able to get a set of nails done by Tyler and from that day on, he was the only person that I would see, to get my nails done! When I met him, he was at a previous salon and has since become a manager of Nails Station! When I went to this wonderful salon to see Tyler, at his new location, I was so absolutely amazed at how beautiful, relaxing, friendly, and inviting this entire salon and all the staff is . The staff was so obviously focused on giving each customer an experience to remember! They were truly interacting with each, individual, customer and providing us all with wonderful services to choose from! I was so happy when Tyler was available to do my nails and as always, he interacted with me as a friend, not just a customer. I always have enjoyed any interactions I have with him. Yet again, he worked his magic and displayed his immense amount of talent and the set of nails I got were beautiful! I so recommend Nails Station as the absolute #1 salon and Tyler, along with the other staff, truly shows everyone how devoted they are to every customer that comes into Nails Station! read more

The nails station staff is great! My nails are super weak and thin so when I get gel nails done (bc regular polish just comes off) so they always listen and hand file the gel off. Really just a kind and professional staff read more

Absolutely amazing salon! First time going here & will not be going anywhere else! T gave, hands down, the most amazing pedicure I have ever gotten! He took his time & gives the best massage during the pedicure. Jason did my nails & also knocked it out of the park! He took his time shaping them & I was in love with my nails before he even finished so am definitely in love with the end result! First time I have ever left a salon & not needed to go home to file or reshape anything. Absolutely perfect!! The salon is super super cute inside & everyone was so nice, so don't be fooled by the strip mall location. Best nail salon I've ever been to in Pensacola! read more

Wonderful experience. Beautiful salon! Great chairs and lots of dip choices. Ask for Kim! She's the best!

I have gone to the same nail shop since high school and I am almost 30 ! The tech i went to has passed away and I had yet to find someone to replace him for my pedi ( I'm very loyal when it comes to my nail tech ) but Thein has stolen my heart ! He took very very very good care of me. I even referred my mom and sister to him! I will be back ! This is sure to be my new nail shop! I loved it! I was super relaxed when I left which is always a personal goal. If I could give more stars I would ! read more

Tyler did a great job on my nails. He was able to do exactly what I wanted and he was very kind as well. Would definitely go back to him.

Every single time my significant other goes to this place and gets stuck with a particular man (not the owner) she calls me immediately after, crying that she was touched inappropriately. This has happened to other customers too apparently and nothing is done about it. This is an older man, 50's or 60's touching a 23 year old and has an inappropriate desire to do so. All she wants to do is relax and she can't because he repetitively rubs her leg all the way to her inner thigh. He then puts the warm towel on her thighs and attempts to rub them again even though she told him to stop 10 attempts ago. This review is only the start, I will make sure that man is investigated. read more

Did a great job on my nails, and had the best pedi I've ever had. They are extremely friendly. I will definitely be going back! read more

It was very unprofessional and the people are rude and I had to wait to get talked to for 30 minutes when I called them and asked how many people were in line and they told me just come in and we will have someone right with you. So I proceeded to come in and receive horrible service. I had to wait 30 minutes when a person had not just one person working on her nails but two. Why two????? They are understaffed it looked like but had many nail stations. And the people talk bad about the customers in their language while laughing at you. The nails are mid. Never coming back again. read more

Not rush through the session just to get out on time. If more attention was paid to the patron better quality must happen. We were also shown designs that were available that apparently no one knew how to create. Very unfortunate that my nails are broken in my nail beds, something I specifically ordered not to do. I was lied to about the service being healthier option read more

I'm an employee of Nail Station. The owner of the nail salon name is Khoi. When the customer gave me a tip, he takes some of the tips I earned for himself. This have been happening for awhile, I only found out because a regular came in gave me a tip and I found out later that I wasn't given the full amount. The are two others customers tips I have yet to receive. Do not go to this nail salon the employer steals tips money from his employees. read more

Well I have been going to this salon since they first opened, and I was very satisfied, until the management changed! I went this week and suddenly the manicure/pedicure I was paying $78.00 for is now $111.00, so being an enquiring mind I asked WHY? The person at the desk said, "Well you have to pay for polish." Now, mind you this was said while grinning like the Cheshire Cat that just ate Alice! ( Alice being me, because I certainly felt taken by a shifty cat!) Well, I paid, it not before voicing that I had never been to a salon where the polish was NOT included in service, nor will I ever go to another! I suppose the thing that really irked me was that this was not stated on the cost sheet, so it came as a surprise to me when I went to pay! Whether I can afford this or not is beside the point, the real crux of the issue is hidden costs! Yes I can pay it; yes I did pay it, and no it didn't hurt me; but what about the young lady out there that's saved for her nails to be done for Prom, or the elderly lady who comes on the shuttle from the assisted living center?Could they do the same! This is nothing now but a group looking to take advantage of customers, and I won't be back! What a shame; a family owned business was sold to blood sucking gold diggers, who care only about money money money! Well, I have it, but you will see none of it, Buyer Beware! read more

I highly recommend Nail Station for anyone who looking for premium customer service. The employees there are kind, friendly thoughtfulI and caring. I felt comfortable, peaceful and relaxed during my manicure, pedicure and brow waxed. They delivered exactly what I asked for. Amazing job!!!!
