I never leave a bad review. I am hoping this can be used as constructive feedback. I got my fingernails done here last Thursday. It was supposed to be powder dip. Which usually lasts me a minimum of 3 weeks. It is Monday, and all of my nails are starting to pop off like press on nails. I've lost SEVEN already and I haven't done anything out of the ordinary and had a laid back weekend. The place was pretty filthy and they re used just about everything on customers. My tech even stopped using her drill on my finger, borrowed the one from her neighbor that he had already been using on his client and then used it on mine. No sanitizing in between. I would absolutely never go back here nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I needed my nails done for a last-minute photoshoot, and Nails by Jayden was able to fit me in the same day. They were incredibly kind and accommodating from start to finish. Even with such a short timeframe, they gave me the most flawless gel nails I've ever had. The attention to detail was amazing, and my nails photographed beautifully. I gotta give high praise to Nails by Jayden. I've been seeing nail technician. Ms. Charity for the last few months and her worked is impeccable. After filing my nails down to nothing, this was the final result... There were fuzzies in the polish, it was a fight to get them to fix that. I had to point out that the sides of my nails weren't painted a couple times as well. After fixing the nail w the fuzzies twice, the mother messed it up again but pretended not to notice bc she didn't want to fix it again. I went for a basic manicure, pedicure and gel dip removal. pedicure station had no liner in it which is gross. and I never saw them clean it while my nail polish was being removed which took some time. As for removing the polish, I've never in my life seen such a thing. No soaking to soften and remove. the lady dremeled my polish completely off. It ruined my nail bed and for over 2 months I've been trying to replenish them. Everytime I look at them, I get upset. and when I put polish on with a concealer first, you still see all the imperfections. And I paid 60.00 for this! read more

I must say I'll never be back. The salon was nasty, with nail dust every where and when they did 'clean' it up they just pushed it on the floor. Polish bottles were open and sitting all over. The acrylic under the gel poliish should have been replaced on some nails before new polish was applied. It created problems 2 weeks later when they started to peal. One good thing was when i went back because of a rough nail they did redo it without an argument. read more

RUDE!!! I will never step foot in this place!!! Their mother smh lol that lady Is sumthin else. When I say she did my pedicure in 15 min I'm not lying. I walked in here and she said can I wait 30 min and I said uh no I can come back tomorrow or do it right now. And she turned around to Her daughter and was mad from the start after that. If you couldn't do it then you should Of said sumthin and I would of left simple!! But instead she chopped my whole damn nail off!! Didn't ask if I wanted them cut. Didn't do jack squat to my toes. Oh and they don't sanitize. Her son literally picked up the basket of their tools they use and went to use it on another lady after she just used them on me. DISGUSTING!!! read more

I'm from Tampa where you have enough works mon-sat, and when I walk into an establishment that doesn't turn away service and if they do it's only for 30 minutes or less. So to walk in and get turned away because there are only 4 people working is a big disappointment for me and and then to have to come back in an hour? Eh not my kind of place and considering you guys just opened turning customers away isn't in your best interest. read more

I got a pedicure. It was pretty awesome! My feet felt so soft after my visit and my toes looked beautiful!! On a side note, I unfortunately got my dad's toenails. That's not a good thing. They are a bit thick and don't necessarily grow how they're supposed to. No one at the salon commented on this and just took great care of me!!! Awesome experience!!! read more

I went here when they first opened...I was not impressed and I never saw a pedicure done that way when you start painting in the middle of the nail. The business smelled lemony and it was very strong. You can get a manicure and pedicure all in 30 minutes....Not impressed will not go back. read more

I underwent a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Butler in July 2024. During my consultation, I clearly stated my two main goals: reducing my dorsal hump and lifting or rotating the nasal tip. Dr. Butler told me that my tip angle was already appropriate and that reducing the dorsal hump would cause the tip to "fix itself." Although I questioned this explanation, I trusted his professional judgment and proceeded with surgery. From the early postoperative period, it was evident that something was wrong. Even with the cast still on, my nasal tip appeared droopy and unsupported. I also want to note that no taping or support was ever used postoperatively to help maintain tip position. I was repeatedly reassured that this was normal and advised to "give it time." At cast removal, the issue became more apparent. Although swelling masked some of the deformity, my tip remained rotated downward, consistent with a developing pollybeak deformity. I again raised concerns and was told that all swelling had "settled into the tip" from the cast and that there was nothing to worry about. Between two and three months post-op, after moving out of state, I sent multiple emails to Dr. Butler's nurse expressing concern about my collapsed, downward-drooping tip and a prominent bump at the tip of my nose that appeared to be protruding cartilage. These concerns were again dismissed and attributed to swelling due to my being "very active," and I was told I would need to wait until six months post-op for evaluation. At my six-month in-person appointment, my appearance had not improved and had, in fact, worsened. I raised my concerns directly with Dr. Butler regarding the obvious pollybeak deformity. His response was dismissive; he stated, "Someone's been online, haven't they," and told me that my nose looked great and that he "wouldn't have changed a thing." No revision, corrective plan, or financial accommodation was offered. Following this appointment, I consulted with three well-known U.S. revision rhinoplasty specialists, all of whom independently confirmed a clear pollybeak deformity, a droopy and under-rotated tip, and protruding cartilage irregularities. Ultimately, I required revision rhinoplasty at fifteen months post-op, at an additional cost of $15,000. Several months after my surgery, I reviewed the practice's website and was shocked to find my photos being used in a misleading manner. Although I signed a photo release, I did not consent to false or deceptive representation. The photo labeled as my "before" image is actually my six-month post-op result, while the photo labeled as my "after" image appears to be taken within the first month post-op, when swelling temporarily obscured the deformity. The website claims the "after" photo was taken at four months post-op, despite me not having a four-month appointment. If my nose truly "looked great," it is concerning that my unsatisfactory six-month result was used as a "before" image. I have attached screenshots and accurate before-and-after photos for reference. I reached out to the office to express my concerns regarding my postoperative care and the misleading use of my photos and received no response. I am sharing my experience so that others can make a fully informed decision and avoid the physical, emotional, and financial distress that I endured.

My mother was previously a patient of Dr. Kevin Welch, and I know him to be a very kind and competent doctor--our kids even attended the same elementary school. However, my recent experience with his scheduling staff was extremely disappointing. After booking an appointment weeks in advance, I was contacted to reschedule and was offered a time with the Physician's Assistant instead of Dr. Welch, which was not my preference. When I mentioned that I had been trying to contact the office--explaining that their email was not working and that I was disconnected when I initially tried to call--the scheduler became incredibly rude for no apparent reason. Throughout the entire conversation, she would not stop talking over me, blabbering incessantly and preventing me from getting a word in edgewise. She subjected me to a long-winded tongue-lashing and even accused me of being short with her, which was ironic given her own erratic and unprofessional behavior. When I explained that I would be mentioning this experience to Dr. Welch, she became even more indifferent, telling me to "go ahead" in a dismissive and antagonistic manner, as if my feedback would not make any difference. It felt as though she was an embedded employee who believed she was above accountability, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and frustrating. While I still plan to keep my appointment and expect a positive experience with Dr. Welch himself, I sincerely hope he addresses the issues with his scheduling staff. Specifically, the rude and unprofessional woman handling the scheduling needs to be either retrained or replaced. Her behavior is a disservice to Dr. Welch's reputation and could easily deter potential patients.

This place just opened up and I was so excited to try it! I heard mixed reviews but I decided to check it out for myself. Boy was I pleased! First off it's super close to my house, second this brand new place is so clean, the massage chairs are new and it just has an overall nice vibe there. I got a pedicure done by a sweet girl named Lisa, she took her time and had a nice conversation with me which was refreshing. I felt valued there and left with an amazing pedicure! I walked in after they first opened about a month or so ago when I was in the area. I had one of the sisters (sorry, but I forgot her name) give me a mani/pedi. Lisa and Jenny always make me feel at home. nobody can do my toes like here trust me I've tried a lot of places I like acrylic on my toes nails are always great any nail tech you go to will slay for sure ! Always clean good music and I'd say the best nail salon in Pensacola ! read more
