Here for a few weeks and needed a pedicure. Stopped by this location due to convenience. It's a small family owned business, from parents, Kiddos, aunties, and grandmother. Everyone was nice and friendly. They had a good selection of colors, the place was clean, and organized. They offered us a drink and the service was fast. I would come back and or recommend this sal A week later: Returned for Gel manicure. During service they became busy w walk in customers. They appeared to be short staffed. The lady told someone she would be 10 mins , that was a lie... they tell everyone "wait 10 mins". After she filed and buffed my nails, she began to paint them... I asked her if I could wash my hands from the nail dust. She was trying to rush to get to other customers, she replied, "it's okay, it's going to look good." She and I had a disagreement and I was not happy about my service. During my visit, another lady walked out very upset- she had been there for two hours and had one nail done.... Not the best place. Ppl go bcuz it by the base, but I'd go to another place for better service! read more

It's hit or miss here !! Certain people can do certain things and if you get that older lady she will have u sitting in the pedicure chair for hours doing nothing to your feet ! read more

Minimal staff, but very friendly and service was good! Good music, clean from what I could see. Two pedicures $90 not terrible. Will visit again. read more

Just got the worst manicure here. Place is messy All I requested was a fill and the woman managed to flood my cuticles with acrylic and get it all over my skin. Sloppy careless service. I asked multiple times for her to fix it just for her to use the cuticle trimmer to pry the dry acrylic from between my nail and skbarely pass over it with the drill and then tell me to go wash my hands. I finally had enough and wanted to leave, with an UNFINISHED manicure, and was still charged $40 for this horrible service and attitude. Never coming back. read more

i just drove all the way here because it says open and it's not open like that's so inconvenient and they have open sign on window !

The whole staff is friendly. The service was impeccable. The quality was good. I just got a pedicure and that was wonderful. I highly recommend it. read more

Still an awesome establishment to get nails done. I was in a rush so I got the basic pedicure. Went as a walk in and seated and started on immediately. They still try to upgrade you or add on services but I'm use to it now. The nail tech I had was very meticulous about doing my nails and I really appreciated that. I love my nail color. Everything is still nice and clean, nice music playing in the background. Wasn't crowded and military discount given. read more

Crystal Nail Spa - Basic pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

I would not recommend I got there and no one else wad there but one person already getting their nails done and I wanted a pedicure and manicure. They started my manicure and then left, but finished my pedicure never coming back for my manicure. The pedicure was likely the worst I had ever had. The girl was so gentle that it was nearly making my skin crawl and made me want to scream. Then over an hour later she finally finished my pedicure and I asked about my manicure and asked if I can be done in 20 minutes. They weren't going to be done so I left. I would never go back nor recommend. read more

She took her time shaping my nails and cleaning up the edges. Will definitely be heading back when I need a new set.

I had a pedicure here and the service was good, it wasn't 5 stars and I base that on questionable hygiene practices and up-sell. The gal who did my nails did not take the tools from a sealed kit and rinsed my feet and calves with the water that I had been soaking in-I am used to having the sprayer used with clean fresh water, I didn't feel "clean". There was an up-sell almost constantly, which I understand as a new business, but once I say no, please stop trying to sell me more services. My toes look good and this shop is convenient to my home, so I will probably be back. read more

Don't doubt this place because it's so close to base they're wonderful I got a Manicure and a pedicure . The manicure was great, the acrylic wasn't done too thick and they came out perfect! The pedicure was amazing, and they massaged my feet too which was so relaxing. There was great attention to detail with both services and everyone was very friendly. The shop is very clean and organized. read more

Appreciate that my daughter and I were squeezed in late on a holiday. Everything was professional and they paid attention to detail. Our toes look fabulous! read more

Place is pretty dirty not gonna lie, The equipment is disgusting and i doubt they hardly ever wipe down anything after they use it. Got pink and white French tips, pretty simple. But they did the bare minimum and as i was sitting in the chair to get my toes done they already started chipping. Didnt clean dead skin off or anything they wanted me to pay for a whole manicure. Looked pretty sloppy too. Rushed me through as fast as possible even though me and my friend were the only people there. She was pretty disappointed with her nails too. The only good part was the guy who did my feet, really took his time and cared. read more

Best service I could have ever gotten. I've been to many salons before but this has got to be the best. I wish they were in my hometown. They took their time with my pedicure and a full set. I did get the express pedicure but it was still prefect. The actually took their time with the massaging. And the full set the technician tried to get every minor detail prefect! Best service ever! read more

First time here and I know I'll come back! I got the express (cheapest) pedicure to get a much needed refresher on my toes and I don't feel shorted at all! Honestly I thought it would be a in-and-out because of the package, but he took his time and my feet feel and look great! Didn't have time to do a manicure today, but will definitely be back. read more

I walked in a week ago for a pedi and full set. The pedi itself wasn't terrible but the gel polished chipped a few days later and the cleanliness is questionable. My full set was an absolute joke. I asked for clear sharp square and not too short. She didn't do my cuticles or clean the acrylic under the nail, cut them as low as possible and the shape is terrible and uneven. I asked her nicely to at-least fix the shape and make it more square and less round but she told me they looked nice and made them rounder. Its only been a week and a nail already popped off. I was charged 70 dollars with the military discount. As someone in uniform, I refuse to argue with any civilian because in the end I will face the repercussions but i did not tip and i will not be using their service anymore. read more

Oh. My. Gosh. I had the best pedicure I have ever had....! And I have many of them! I am from out of town and have been here for two weeks! I NEEDED my nails and toes done before I went back to work in Dallas on Wednesday and looked in yelp and saw this place. If you are needing ANYTHING done choose this place! All of the ladies are wonderful! Jennifer did my nails and Linda did my AMAZING pedicure!! I chose the deluxe pedicure! WELL WORTH THE 45$. I had solar pink and white on my nails! Run to this place!! It's awesome!! Plus Jennifer's coffee drink is amazing!! Ask for it!! read more

I absolutely love Linda. I always get the powder/dip manicure and a regular polish with my pedicure. Linda is meticulous with her work and goes above and beyond to make sure my expectations are exceeded. The business is clean and everyone is so genuinely nice. I came to this place out of convenience, and that there was my first and last mistake. The "deluxe" manicure was decent at best. However, the manicure I recieved was in poor taste. I asked for a simple clean and buff. My nails were cut unevenly and the buff job was a complete joke. Also, they have their dogs roaming around and on the couches. I won't be returning here. read more

Long time needed mani/pedi. They took good care of me and quick. Good people, cute dogs, and good service!

I was skeptical of trying somewhere new but very pleased with the removal of my acrylic nails. They are very nice and did not damage my nails. I will definitely be going back read more

I came here about three weeks to get a pedi and loved the service.... But today I sat there from approximately 9:40 am till 10:27 am to be asked can I come back later after I have sat there for 40 minute. I thought that was very unprofessional !!!! read more

I downloaded yelp and made an account just to leave this review. I asked for a full set stiletto shape and a pedicure. The nail tech who was applying my ful set was vrude and refuse to listen to my request on how i wanted my stilletto shaped. I also charged extra for matte finish when she reassured me i wouldn't. High price but the quality did not match i would've went to the mall and paid same price but would've gotten my shape exactly how i wanted it. I literally hate this shop. And hope it burns to the ground. Very rude perilla here as well read more

Crystal Nail Spa - Literally had these nails for a week and one popped clean right off. Worst nail shop I've ever been to in Pensacola. - Nail Salons Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

I did not have an appointment, so I waited a little to be seen, but was given a glass of wine while I waited. The pedicure chairs are very nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean. I'm only in town for a few weeks, and I'd previously had my nails done in CA. The guy didn't do a very good job. Jennifer was great helping to fix someone else mistake. She took her time filing my nails down so the acrylic wasn't so thick. She reshaped them and suggested a color that looks great with my skin tone. Prices are comparable to just about any other nail salon. I will definitely make it a point to stop here again before I leave town. read more

Jennifer was the best! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I felt like I was a regular. This was definitely the best overall experience I've had in a nail salon in a long time! My nails turned out perfectly and she did exactly as I asked. I'm super picky and she had no problem with that! I'll definitely be going back and recommending this salon and Jennifer to others! read more

Thanks for giving me a really great pedicure and thanks for fixing my nails from the other store

It was a good place, the staff was nice. Communicate back with me if I liked my toes a certain way.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACEIf I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I used to go there every two weeks religiously and after a while I developed fungus on my nails, technician made my nail bleed twice and the son of the owner had the face of calling me and my guests racists just because we were talking in Spanish in front of them. Prices go higher every couple of months and the quality of the service is just bad! read more

Sweet ladies. Very knowledgeable on what looks good on you. I took a very long time to pick out the colors for my mani & pedi but they were super patient with me. By the end of it, my nails were healthy & beautiful! Prices are what you would expect to see everywhere else. I always keep in mind these ladies have their own lives outside of customer service like: bills to pay, mouths to feed, come home to make food for their whole family, etc.. They have to work all day long to ensure we get the best service! They're hard working ladies. The language barrier doesn't bother me. I didn't make an appointment with them to ensure my slot, but they managed to put me in anyway. In the future, I will definitely call to make an appointment with them. It's just more professional that way for everyone. read more

Susan was amazing! I did a walk in and got a standard pedicure but felt as though she went above and beyond. I'm prone to ingrowns and she got all of them out without hurting me. I got a dip manicure on Friday and the very next day it chipped on three nails. I called for a refund and they said they would only fix the nails but couldn't give me a reason for not refunding my purchase. I went in to get it fixed by the lady who runs the salon and she did it no problem. She later told me that the lady who did my dip manicure the two days earlier is not good at it and she's the only one in the salon who can. If you go here and want a dip manicure, make sure you ask for the lady who is in charge of the salon. Hopefully this time it lasts much longer than two days. read more
