I've gone here a few times and I feel like I always like my nails when I leave. With that being said I have two quarrels with this past visit that will lead me to seek a new place. The first being I received a gel pedicure with a design and a nail removal ($10) and the total came out to $84 which just seems pretty expensive to me. The more important thing is that they don't properly sanitize their tools. My lady grabbed a metal nail tool from the kit next to her that I had watch another lady use on a girl sitting next to me. She then sprayed it off with water as a means to "clean" it. Not even alcohol or soap which still wouldn't have been enough. They seem nice enough! However, I don't want to get a nail infection especially at that price. Nothing personal. read more

I live on the west side part of the year. I've been going to this salon for many years with good results. I started looking to try a new salon on this side of town, but the reviews of most places are awful. I decided to stay with M Spa and went today. Hannah did a good job. As others have said, the staff is very nice. And I got a great arm, neck and shoulder massage! The problem and reason for 4 stars... I was shocked that I was charged $50 for a gel manicure with a soak off. I live up north where life is more expensive. I have never paid $50 for a gel manicure. I even cut my nails ahead of time. I like this salon and the work they do. Since there does not appear to be other good salons in my area, I'll continue to have my nails done here. I'll just need to save my pennies ( really dollars) before hand. Check the website for prices before you go so you're not shocked like I was. read more

I tried this place because I needed a fill and the wait was not long. The tech seemed annoyed and that was my first indication that I should have left. Some nails appear to have particles under the polish and others were just not smooth as you would expect. The price they charge did not match the service rendered. read more

Customer service was okay. Overall 6/10 experience tbh. They almost didn't let me see my bill by the end when I needed to pay which set off alarms, like they wanted me to blindly pay. The quality output wasn't too bad, I asked for gel and I got regular polish which was disappointing. They pushed for acrylics and I didn't want them nor did I bring them up at all. I never said I wanted french tips either and they assumed that's what I wanted. Part of my nails I have to fix like filing down the corners which wasn't done. There wasn't much I was asking for and I was still left disappointed. The good thing is my nails look alright but I wasn't satisfied with my experience here unfortunately. Especially paying so much, I've paid the same back home for way better quality and customer service. I have been going here for about three years and have never had a problem the the last time I went here about a month ago I had absolutely horrible service. They were rude and and then nail technician did my nails while I was in the pedicure chair. I got a full set (which ended up falling off a week later) and while she was using the Dremel tool she went over part of my skin and I started to bleed. The main lady there started yelling telling me to sit down that I was getting a gel manicure. She is very loud and obnoxious. The guy who did my nails was very nice and made conversation but the quality of my nails didn't even last , chipping happened literally hours after and when I just commented on my nail messing up she said it was my fault for getting a regular manicure and that "I SHOULDN'T COMPLAIN". The nails I got wasn't that bad. However this so far has one of the worst customer service I have ever experience at a nail salon. Because they actually talk shit about you. I went in there and looked at the colors, I wanted a dip. And they only had less than 100 colors for a sample kit and I was going to leave but I was very nice about it because I wasn't happy with the selection so I was about to leave, So she pull out the special colors in her special box and show it to me so I was interested. As she walked away she start to talk shit about me to her coworkers because I am picky. But I can't help but being picky if I don't see what the colors will look like because they are all powder. She did an OK job but I didn't feel like she try hard enough to make the customers happy. And it was very hard to deal with her because the entire process she kept talking to the others coworker about me, about what I look like, about my body type, about my race, nationality, which had nothing to do with her job. I am Asian by the way so they were speaking in Vietnamese, and I could understand everything. I cannot imagine if they talk shit about me like that for no reason calling my body to Big or what I look like... What are they going to say about the other people? These people are so unprofessional. I have been to many nail salons and they do talk shit among each other for fun but not in this vicious way. If they don't have the colors that you want, it is OK to walk away or be skeptical about how it will turn out, but they don't understand that and wanted me to get another color next time I go there instead of advising me. I am new to the Pensacola area. I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I was in need of a new nail technician, so I researched some places near my apartment and found this nail salon. Due to the high ratings as well as the incredible reviews, I decided to give this place a try. Tina was my nail tech. for the day and I absolutely loved her! The kind of service I received was a pedicure. I told her in advance I wanted a design and she gave me a beautiful, fun, and creative design on my toe nails. I was more than pleased. She was welcoming, professional, and genuine. I can tell she loves her job. After having a bad morning, I came to this place sad, but I left this place feeling beautiful and uplifted. The owner, Wendy was very professional and kind too. I liked how she came over to me and clarified the kind of service I wanted for the day. She also checked in periodically to see whether or not I liked the service I was receiving from Tina. This was impressive. It made me feel as though she cared whether I liked my nails or not. This is probably the best gel manicure that I have ever had. My technician was awesome. My cuticles tear easily and she did not cut me once. She took her time and did not rush even after another customer came in that was a regular. I love the fact that she doesn't make me wash off the cuticle oil. She waits until the manicure is complete and at the end before I check out she puts on cuticle oil and massages my hand with lotion. Most times with the French gel manicure, the white part is extra thick. Not so here, she takes the time with the thin brush to paint on the white polish. She doesn't remove any polish with the acetone. The lines are perfect. The prices are good and the ladies are sweet. I will definitely be coming back again. read more

Coming from Houston where variety is plenty I was a bit apprehensive to find a new nail salon. Overall, I am pleased with the service and quality of their work. I had a basic pedicure and shellac manicure yesterday. John did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever had. He really took his time on the massage, made sure I had a drink and was friendly throughout. My nails look great as well!
