Came in for a quick pedicure and was so disappointed. I had to wait 40 minutes and then was treated rudely. The technician was sloppy and mean and the end result looked like it was done by a 1st grader. She didn't cut my cuticles and just slapped the paint on with no care at all. Being from upstate NY, I was curious if a mani and pedi were different in Florida. While on vacation, I went for a gel dip manicure and the Lily Pedicure and it was everything I expected and more. Elite Nail technicians were professional, friendly, prompt and I was totally impressed with the end result. The prices were more expensive than back home, but worth it. This little nail spot is located in the Publix plaza. I was extremely fortunate to stumble across this place after trying to walk-in to the only two nail spots in Harbortown. In both of those two places, there were only 1-2 people staffed to handle customers so needless to say, we weren't getting in. Anyways, when I walked into Elite Nails, I was so happy to see the places I am accustomed to in Phoenix. A long line of pedi chairs on one side, manicure chairs on the other, with at least 5 employees hard at work. And it was packed which was a great sign. My mom and I came in for a spa pedicure ($25). I added on the callous remover for $5. My aunt went in for a gel manicure, too, since the other places in Gulf Breeze didn't do them. The staff were extremely friendly and the guy who did my feet did a great job. The leg and foot rub felt awesome and he mentioned that he picked up a few tricks over the last few years. Did I mention he was cute, too? Not too shabby of an experience, I must say. 4.5 stars since I didn't like have to wait as long as I did but hey, if that keeps this place in business, so be it. read more

I went to Elite Nails expecting a relaxing pedi. this did not happen. the tech that took care of me became very upset because I asked for the dead skin to be removed. she told me that the pedi I had picked did not remove dead skin. I then picked the $45 one and she was loud and very upset. the sad part is that the owner was present and didn't do anything. another tech jumped in and took care of my pedi. at that point the experience was ruined. seems like the regulars are taking care of but not everyone else. This was not a good experience. The dip nail job was bumpy and uneven, and we had to go pay to have them completely redone somewhere else the next day. They were closing when we left so there was no resolution offered. We spent over $60 for nothing. They do not enforce mask wearing on employees or customers, and make no effort to socially distance the customers. read more

They did a great job, but picking colors was off the bottle on the wall which is hard to gauge when it's gel since you can not really see color. So both hands and toes were not the color I ideally wanted, but they worked. Also very pricey!! I live in Cali and pay $40-50 less for same treatment. read more

I stopped in here to get a French gel Manicure before a weekend trip. I was slightly taken aback when the lady who greeted me informed me it would be $50 (I had a French gel manicure and a spa pedicure at another local establishment for $70) but I didn't want to drive to another salon. The gentleman who did my nails was nice and friendly but this has to be one of the worst French manicures and gel polish I've ever had. One nail chipped the first day and another started peeling on the second day. Not only that but the white is sloppy, he missed some areas and the smile lines are crooked. There are much better salons in Gulf Breeze that don't charge as much. I won't be back. Update: Four days in and two more nails have chipped off on the edges and another is starting to peel off. I should have saved my money and done my own nails - they would have looked better and lasted at least as long. read more

A few things... the staff was friendly which is always a plus. Beyond that the experience was a huge disappointment. I went in with my daughter for manicures and pedicures. We waited with our feet in luke warm water for a solid twenty minutes before the actual pedicure started. The end product is streaky and uneven. On to the Nexgen, from my perspective they look to be a week old, the only did two dips in the color (compared to the standard three) and the price was ridiculous. So I'm here visiting from California. Of course I was already taken by surprise by the huge price difference. But still went ahead to get a fill. I originally wanted gel as I always do but with such a huge price difference I went with polish. My understanding was the gel would be $22 difference on top of the fill. Not even 24 hours later I had chipping on my acrylic and most of my the paint on the corners of my nails. I returned the very next day to be told that it would be $35 to switch to gel. Then the guy Johnny who originally did my nails claimed they didn't have the time to accommodate me and the would only paint a coat over my ALREADY CHIPPED NAILS. Horrible horrible service. Jenny was the lady who did my nails and I absolutely loved her, she was easy to talk to and helped pick out a color that looked good against my skin. I would expect the nail pricing to include cutting your nails. Nope 4 dollars extra. Paid 28 for fill in and nail cut. While most places are 17 and price includes cutting. Just moved to town and trying out Nail Salons. Coming from NYC area I thought $37 was a great price for the mid-level spa pedicure- I think it was the Lily- and the tech was friendly and helpful. I have a toenail that keeps growing out thick and he found an electric file and fixed it up. I just used the pronoun "he". This is my first time frequenting the salon, so I don't know how typical this is, but the three women getting pedicures were all being served by three male technicians! I have never been in a salon where there were so many male techs. Wow, what an amazing foot and leg massage I received! Wesley was actually sweating he worked so hard on me. (I am a middle aged woman with a bit too much weight on those legs.) I commented about his work to the woman next to me and she said, "once you have a man give you a pedicure, you will never want to go back..." LOL! Only went here because I got a gift certificate for Christmas. Went in for a mani/pedi with my sister in law. Jenny was who did my nails. She started by calling me cheap for not having gel on my toes previously. She didn't like my choice of pink for pink and white ombré, my toe nail length and nail length that I chose. She also kept questioning where I normally go. I bit my tongue until I got out of there and my nails look just awful. I could have bought a kit online and done a better job myself. They are thick, too wide for my nail, bumpy and she didn't even get the clear coat on my whole nail. I have never paid so much for such a sloppy manicure. Way overpriced. He didn't push back my cuticles and clean them, I had to ask him to clean under my nails where they were clearly dirty, and no hand/arm massage. I felt rushed, too. People are very nice. Walked in on a Wednesday and was taken straight to a pedi chair. The massage function was hard to get going because the remote was pretty blown out. Had a young man do my pedi and the end result was not very good. He did quite a bit of clean up with acetone (see picture). He should have just slowed down and did a better job in the first place!
