Was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Took over 30 minutes. I sat in the spa/pedicure chair for 20 minutes before someone filled it with water for me to soak my feet. Although I was told to sit in the chair. Asked for the deluxe pedicure. It was supposedly the next level up from the basic. I noticed no difference. NOTICE: if you decide to go there anyway, ask the gentleman to do your pedicure. I noticed that he was more customer oriented than the woman was. If you have a preference, say it in advance (She may or may not listen to you. She didn't listen to me.). Still on my journey to find a nail shop that I like. read more

Beautiful experience with eyebrows!! peaceful environment & she was very gentle with me !!

Amazing Place! I loved the customer service of the workers. They checked up on both my friend and I to make sure we liked our design, color, shape. Super welcoming and attentive when we walked in. They have music playing at a low volume so it feels relaxing but also enjoyable. Overall great prices for the amazing work! read more

I needed a quick pedicure. I didn't want to spend a fortune since I don't really know whether I'm getting a decent one or not not being from the area and probably going to to return to any of them regardless. Just needed an inexpensive clean them up a bit and a shellac paint. This place was empty when I walked in and there's nothing fancy in here. I chose the basic pedicure add shellac. Nothing fancy about my pedi either. No foo-foo salts or scrubs or lotions etc. no 10 massage. Also not a ton of that cuticle cleaning with that pincher like thing.. not a ton of scraping off dead skin.. I got the BASIC! Which is what I wanted!!! A lot of times I spring for the more expensive "clean up" at my usual place at home and I enjoy the extra pampering and my feet and toes do look great when I leave but it's not like they stay that way for weeks... my feet and toes looked great when I left here. He did what I wanted, basic clean it up, small massage, warm water soak, warm towels, didn't make me bleed, didn't over do it. Was gentle . Sat in massage chair. He did a great job fixing a broken big toe nail and making it look better and he did a great job on my shellac painting. AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!! $45 including my shellac! I'm so tired of paying $70 and up for my toes to look just like he made them look! I highly recommend this place if you're not overly picky, prissy or fancy! read more

I want to take a moment to recognize Vy and Tina for their phenomenal work. I can be a very particular client, as I want my natural nails to be cared for gently and maintained in a way that looks professional, natural, and allows me to type comfortably for my military duties. Both Vy and Tina exceed my expectations every single time. Tina consistently delivers flawless results with such attention to detail and care that I always leave confident and satisfied. Today, since Tina was out, Vy stepped in and did my nails -- and the outcome was absolutely fabulous. The precision, gentleness, and artistry demonstrated my requests were not only heard but carried out perfectly. I deeply appreciate the way both of them take the time to understand my preferences and execute them with such skill. It's rare to find technicians who combine such technical excellence with genuine care for their clients. Vy, you are an amazing teacher. Tina, you the best as well . This salon is lucky to have such dedicated and talented professionals on their team, and I am grateful for the outstanding service they provide. read more

I went to take my daughter to get our toes and nails done. They were pretty busy. The lady did a wonderful job on my toes. Then it seemed as if she rushed on my nails. They were uneven and little bubbles popped up. Then after like four days my nail broke. So I went back for them to fix it and she did a horrible job (mad because they had to fix it). It broke again about three days a later so I went back for them to fix it and the man "fixed" it. He said I broke it on purpose to come back. I was pissed. I won't be going back. read more

More like no class nails. My lady was so beyond mean to me. She yelled at me multiple times for my nails being lumpy when I removed them from the nail dryer, claiming I took them out too quickly at that is why they were messed up. She jammed my wrists against the glass dividers, glared at me the entire time and basically yanked my hands around with such animosity I wanted to leave during the filing portion. My nail has already cracked and I'm NEVER going back. I should have listened to previous reviews. I have no issue if you mess my nail up, but never yell or blame a customer. I am a professional at my job, and I expect the same respect and kindness. read more

I left with bleeding fingers, literally. I have 9 fingers out of 10 cut to the point I am bleeding because she kept cutting my fingers with the drill. The edges of my nails are rough and bubbly, none of my nails are even and you can see my natural nails through the dip. If I could leave zero stars I would. Now I wait until my fingers are healed enough to take them off. Absolutely horrible and worse experience I've EVER had at a nail shop. read more

Really been in need of a pedicure and this place went above and beyond what I needed! For only $20 they're pedicures include a sugar scrub, hot towel service, and a oil massage! I'm not from Florida so I'm not sure if this is the standard pedicure that everyone's used to but I'm just used to lotion and quick service. Regardless, I'm more than satisfied! Wish I was able to make this place my regular go to nail salon. read more

Trash. Trash. Trash. Save your time and money before going here. I asked for a regular manicure and it seemed like too much of a task. After seeing the uneven shape of my nails, I asked for clear polish because I didn't trust them to paint my nails. If you can't file them I don't trust you to paint them. Seriously, they didn't listen to me nor my sister while we were there and demanded her pin while her toes were drying so she could pay. Do it yourself, you'll get better customer service and most likely a better product. read more

This salon was horrible, I got a mani pedi and my nails were left bleeding! The pedicure was not too bad but the manicure was terrible. I don't recommend going here to waste your money, the cuticle trimmer should be taken away! My nails were bleeding a lot for a manicure it was terrible never coming back read more

Went here with my mom expecting to be pampered and have a relaxing morning...when my mom nearly had her foot cut off by the manicurist when he attempted to use the razor to cut off dead skin. He clearly did not know what he was doing and my mom needed 2 band-aids to stop the bleeding. He attempted an apology and stated that has never happened to him before. I would certainly hope not! Another manicurist had to step in due to his incompetence. My manicurist was very rough. All in all not a great morning..they didn't charge for my mom's pedicure-but really how could they?! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! read more

I went there with my mom and daughter for a mani-pedi for my mom, a polish change on my toes and refill my gel nails and manicure for my daughter, we got there before the staff and the lady who opened was a little cold at first. There was a gentleman who came in about 5 minutes later and took care of my mom, the lady who opened wrapped my nails in cotton soaked in polish remover and aluminum foil to melt away the gel. She warmed up as she changed the polish on my toes. My daughter had a good experience with the third worker who did her nails. The salon was very clean and we all left satisfied. The price was reasonable for the three of us. I would go back ! read more

I didn't like my nails it was average I've had better services elsewhere in San Diego

Really great nail salon! They definitely took their time and made sure my nails looked superb! My experienced friend who'd gotten her nails done at other salons (at Cordova mall), saw mine afterwards and immediately asked where I got them done because they looked so nice! Great gem of a salon! :) read more

This place was really interesting. It was like a sitcom or something? Anyways, I came before it got busy. The lady who did my nails did a nice job. I wanted something simple and it got done. As for the actual service, well it was pretty weird to have one lady do the work and then the other to finish the work. It makes me question the first lady, but perhaps she isn't good at getting desired results and she helps the actual good lady to get shit done. I don't really care, but I got the results I wanted. Now, the thing is the first lady was really being harsh on my hands and toes. She was filing away and cutting the cuticles way too much. I bled a few times and was wondering why she felt the need to overdo it as I get my nails done every 4 weeks, there has never been a need to hack away. They were a little too raw in some areas, but not to the point that I would start complaining. I was happy with the results as I asked for something pretty simple and other locations take 3 times to get it right. What I don't understand is how they only had 1-2 people working. People would come in and have a huge wait, while others stormed in expecting to get their nails done as they walk through the door. The prices match the quality despite the over cutting of things, but I didn't feel ripped off at all. The ladies were nice and were focused on their work. read more

My nails are a bit uneven but I really like them! They were very nice and helped me figure out what I wanted

My daughter and I went there when she came here from Texas, we always try to go get a pedi together when she comes to visit it is kind of a tradition, I WILL NEVER go back there, it was very rushed and she hurt me three times I am now the proud owner of three sores on my feet, were the skin was scraped off. NO TIP FROM ME read more

Never again! I've had manicures and pedicures before, just not frequently. That is beside the point. Went for a mani & pedi, the woman made almost all of my toes bleed and rather than getting cuticle on my finger she got a huge chunk of my finger that got infected from tools she didn't clean!! Beware and stay far away! read more
