I needed a quick pedicure. I didn't want to spend a fortune since I don't really know whether I'm getting a decent one or not not being from the area and probably going to to return to any of them regardless. Just needed an inexpensive clean them up a bit and a shellac paint. This place was empty when I walked in and there's nothing fancy in here. I chose the basic pedicure add shellac. Nothing fancy about my pedi either. No foo-foo salts or scrubs or lotions etc. no 10 massage. Also not a ton of that cuticle cleaning with that pincher like thing.. not a ton of scraping off dead skin.. I got the BASIC! Which is what I wanted!!! A lot of times I spring for the more expensive "clean up" at my usual place at home and I enjoy the extra pampering and my feet and toes do look great when I leave but it's not like they stay that way for weeks... my feet and toes looked great when I left here. He did what I wanted, basic clean it up, small massage, warm water soak, warm towels, didn't make me bleed, didn't over do it. Was gentle . Sat in massage chair. He did a great job fixing a broken big toe nail and making it look better and he did a great job on my shellac painting. AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!! $45 including my shellac! I'm so tired of paying $70 and up for my toes to look just like he made them look! I highly recommend this place if you're not overly picky, prissy or fancy! read more

I went to take my daughter to get our toes and nails done. They were pretty busy. The lady did a wonderful job on my toes. Then it seemed as if she rushed on my nails. They were uneven and little bubbles popped up. Then after like four days my nail broke. So I went back for them to fix it and she did a horrible job (mad because they had to fix it). It broke again about three days a later so I went back for them to fix it and the man "fixed" it. He said I broke it on purpose to come back. I was pissed. I won't be going back. read more

She yelled at me multiple times for my nails being lumpy when I removed them from the nail dryer, claiming I took them out too quickly at that is why they were messed up. She jammed my wrists against the glass dividers, glared at me the entire time and basically yanked my hands around with such animosity I wanted to leave during the filing portion. My nail has already cracked and I'm NEVER going back. I should have listened to previous reviews. I have no issue if you mess my nail up, but never yell or blame a customer. I left with bleeding fingers, literally. I have 9 fingers out of 10 cut to the point I am bleeding because she kept cutting my fingers with the drill. The edges of my nails are rough and bubbly, none of my nails are even and you can see my natural nails through the dip. If I could leave zero stars I would. Now I wait until my fingers are healed enough to take them off. Absolutely horrible and worse experience I've EVER had at a nail shop. read more

After seeing the uneven shape of my nails, I asked for clear polish because I didn't trust them to paint my nails. If you can't file them I don't trust you to paint them. Seriously, they didn't listen to me nor my sister while we were there and demanded her pin while her toes were drying so she could pay. Really been in need of a pedicure and this place went above and beyond what I needed! For only $20 they're pedicures include a sugar scrub, hot towel service, and a oil massage! Went here with my mom expecting to be pampered and have a relaxing morning...when my mom nearly had her foot cut off by the manicurist when he attempted to use the razor to cut off dead skin. He clearly did not know what he was doing and my mom needed 2 band-aids to stop the bleeding. He attempted an apology and stated that has never happened to him before. I would certainly hope not! Another manicurist had to step in due to his incompetence. My manicurist was very rough. All in all not a great morning..they didn't charge for my mom's pedicure-but really how could they?! I went there with my mom and daughter for a mani-pedi for my mom, a polish change on my toes and refill my gel nails and manicure for my daughter, we got there before the staff and the lady who opened was a little cold at first. There was a gentleman who came in about 5 minutes later and took care of my mom, the lady who opened wrapped my nails in cotton soaked in polish remover and aluminum foil to melt away the gel. She warmed up as she changed the polish on my toes. My daughter had a good experience with the third worker who did her nails. The salon was very clean and we all left satisfied. This place was really interesting. It was like a sitcom or something? Anyways, I came before it got busy. The lady who did my nails did a nice job. I wanted something simple and it got done. As for the actual service, well it was pretty weird to have one lady do the work and then the other to finish the work. It makes me question the first lady, but perhaps she isn't good at getting desired results and she helps the actual good lady to get shit done. I don't really care, but I got the results I wanted. Now, the thing is the first lady was really being harsh on my hands and toes. She was filing away and cutting the cuticles way too much. I bled a few times and was wondering why she felt the need to overdo it as I get my nails done every 4 weeks, there has never been a need to hack away. They were a little too raw in some areas, but not to the point that I would start complaining. I was happy with the results as I asked for something pretty simple and other locations take 3 times to get it right. What I don't understand is how they only had 1-2 people working. People would come in and have a huge wait, while others stormed in expecting to get their nails done as they walk through the door. The prices match the quality despite the over cutting of things, but I didn't feel ripped off at all. The ladies were nice and were focused on their work. read more
