We came to this salon in a rush and on a Sunday. They welcomed us with smiles on their face and took great care of us. They did a great job and got us out in time for a dinner we would have been late to had we not left another salon that had us waiting 25 minutes without any communication. Thank you so much for loving what you do and taking pride in your line of work! read more

I wasn't sure where to go get my nails done in town but I lucked out here. This place is so nice inside. They have a clean, nice, and modern atmosphere. All of the pedicure lotions and potions smelled amazing. They also treated my young daughter so well while she got her manicure. I can't say enough great things about Paradise Nails! Go here. This is the BEST place I have gone in Pensacola for a manicure. The younger girl nail tech ( I apologize for not getting her name, but she is the only one) always does a flawless job and my nails are always shaped perfectly. I do not know about acrylics, as I only get gel manicures, but any time I have gone somewhere else to save time, I always wish I had just driven a little farther to this salon. My only suggestion would be to maybe get some more colors in stock, but I would still rather choose from their selection and pay for a quality manicure than to go elsewhere. The salon is cute, clean, and uncluttered and everyone working there is polite and happy. I always enjoy going to this salon. read more

My nail tech was kind but rushed through it and smudged my nails and didn't fix them. my friends nail tech was very rude she was watching a movie the whole time with her AirPods in. In the photos below you'll see the picture that I showed her and she clearly said that she was capable of in the next photo you'll see what she did. The designs are different it looks nothing like the picture, they are smudged, and she added green without asking. read more

This is one of the best nail salons I have been to in Pensacola (if not the best). I did not feel like I was being hustled to purchase more than I planned to (like we often do at places like this). The workers did not make me feel like they were rushing at all!! In fact, they were extremely detailed in their work and did a great job too. Would definitely recommend to a friend! read more

The nicest people and they always do a fantastic job. I've tried a few other salons since I moved to the area and they are by far the BEST!

I tried this place based on Yelp! and it did not disappoint. I had been looking for a good place to get my nails done for four months and I think I have finally found it. I called ahead and made an apt for a mani/pedi and when I arrived they were ready for me, it wasn't busy. Sue was my nail tech and she took time on my pedi and didn't try to rush by having someone due the mani at the same time...I hate that! I don't do anything special, no gel, or acrylic and I don't go fancy, just the basic service. it was $40 for both the mani/pedi and they both look good, the shop was clean, Sue was friendly and did a great job. Four stars for now, I need another visit or two before I award the fifth star. read more

Clean and nice salon. Staff is small so turnover rate is slow. Overall, my nails look okay - the acrylics could've been much better. They're messy (you can literally see the glue and my REAL nail under and on the side...) and look so obviously fake because they're barely the same size as my actual nail. However, prices were spot on. read more

Such an amazing pedicure that I put my phone down and just relaxed. Excellent service and results!

The best nail salon in pensacola area! Very good location as far as being close to Perdido Key beach. Highly recommend this nail salon to tourist in Pensacola. They offer variety of pedi&mani! I got a deluxe pedi with extra treatment and longer massage and def worth the money i paid. They did a great job and paid full attention. Overall, hygienic, customer service, products, and prices = A+! read more

I don't want to bash any one but the tech that did my pedicure did nothing exceptional just what was on the basic list. The lady that did my manicure was very detailed and nice. I would not go back again. No drinks or even water offered. My regular place is so much better for the price! read more

Paradise nails was a great place for my sister's bridal party nails. We had an appointment and when the five of us arrived, we were immediately sent to the spa chairs. They took care of us and made sure the bride had a great experience. Two weeks later my shellac manicure still looks great (just chipping where my nails have grown out). I would recommend it! read more

I don't know what the bad reviews are about but this establishment is top notch. The new owner is a real keeper. He and his family are very hard workers and their number one goal is to please their customers. If you feel there is a problem with that service, you need to talk to the owner for him to remedy the issue. A smear campaign is not the answer. If you are looking for quality, great service and a clean environment, this is your place! I've been coming here for years and ignore the bad reviews. read more

Unfortunately this was an awful experience. Technician rounded my nails....two days after getting them done my nails were growing into my skin. All of my nails became infected. Nightly I had to wrap them in Band-Aids with Neosporin. Tools dirty? Also used tool to remove old dip and damaged my real nails I am local and will never return to this salon ! read more

I was looking for a simple, single color acrylic fill and ended up with a mess. The man painted my nails alongside my cuticles for 8 of my nails. Im normally not one to complain but I had to ask him to fix. I asked him to fix the one REALLY bad nail and instead took off the polish and redid the bad job again. Not only that but he only gave me one coat on the nail he attempted to "fix". By far the worst nail job I've ever had. read more

I don't get my nails done very often but wanted them done for a special occasion and went here because it was close to where I live. Everyone was very nice- they even did my nail design free of charge and made small talk here and there. Had a nice time and was happy with the manicure. read more

I'm writing this review while still sitting in the pedicure chair.. That's how excited I am about this place. Best pedicure ever! The manicurist(?) Took her time really paying attention to my nails and feet. Some places rush through it and I'm out the door in less than 30 minutes. Not here. Its so relaxing. The prices are a steal for the treatment you get here. They have an amazing selection of regular and gel colors. I wish I lived here because this place would definitely be my go to nail salon! read more

I had a great pamper day with my girlfriends at the nail salon. The salon was extremely well kept and the staff was very courteous. We were able to walk right in with no delay; however they do accept appointments as well. For the cost, location and atmosphere, I would definitely go back. read more

Such a great place ... the only place I am aware of that does the SNS Nail System and Alex is a master at this technique. SNS, also called Vitamin Nails makes acrylic seem prehistoric, and Shellac seem old fashioned. Sue is my go-to for amazing pedicures. I have been going here for several years and have always had excellent nail services. read more

Please do your self a favor and stay away from this place. They dont clean utensils and use a dremel to remove sns and ruined my nails. They are under new management and are rude and overcharged for the service. 2 days after paying $77.00 for SNS manicure and pedicure 2 nails chipped. while I was there 2 other woman came in to have their nails repaired because of defective work. I went to Perdido nail salon to have the SNS removed and they told me "whoever did your nails did not know what they were doing and they used a dremel and damaged your nails." Please, please go somewhere else or you will be very sorry! read more

We went for a special treat and were very satisfied! It was a clean environment with the technicians using sterilized tools for our services. We had the spa pedi and manicure. The techs had a great sense of humor and were easy to understand. We plan to go back next year while on vacation in Perdido Key! read more

I went to Paradise Nails for a pedicure and gel manicure. I'm not sure what they used, but my gel manicure started to chip within two days. I've been getting gel manicures for over a year, every three weeks, and have never had my polish chip. Normally, the polish stays perfect, and the only reason to have my nails redone is the growth of the nails. This time, not only did the nails chip, but I sat down and literally peeled all the polish off without the need of polish remover. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. This was a waste of my time and money. read more

Very poor quality, we had to go back and get polish redone next day. I think its new owner now, new people working. Not worth the time to take a chance. I believe you will have trouble here. IT was two of us who went and I was cut during manicure. No english, thats why I think new owner. Went here a while back, different people and was fine. Dont chance it, we go to the one publix shopping center. read more

Guess it was an off day? Only one other person there but I felt like the guy doing my nails was totally not into it. Got polish all over my cuticles and the sides of my fingers. Toes too. Would not return. read more

Good customer service. Nice prices and no appointment needed. Came from out of town and needed a pedi and they took care of me.

Awful. My daughter and I were the first customers of the day. We arrived early and waited for the salon to open. Others arrive minutes after opening which resulted in the two staff members rushing. My daughter was supposed to have a manicure which Alex wound up just painting her nails. Rachael gave me the worst pedicure I have ever had because she had one eye focused on her next customer. I informed Alex that despite having been to this salon many times, I will never return. Reduced price for my daughter's service is not an excuse for poor quality service. I will never return. read more
