She is very precise, does great shaping, understands exactly what I want and takes care of my nails every single time. Two of the nail techs were extremely unprofessional while getting pedicures. They were calling my friends slurs in spanish while we're sitting right there, thinking we couldn't understand them. It's really disappointing to get that when three of us went to have a relaxing day together. They were speaking nice to us in English but if you're going to blatantly talk about us being lesbian in Spanish, at least don't say it out loud in front of everyone thinking no one can understand. I stand by what I said. It was a man that held it back. I was surprised how inexpensive my nails were. I had put back cash just for the salon. My nails were only $45, and I had $80 on cash. I wish I could give a lower rating I have been a fateful customer for over 3 yrs when it was own by Ashley. Well Sin and her Husband are very unprofessional I've never made a scene (never raised a voice never argued about payment) have only asked that a nail that is crooked or was not filed right be fixed I mean you give them your hard earned money and you aren't allowed to say anything about what you're paying for. Very disheartening. I called to schedule an appointment and because I asked at my previous appt that a nail that was filed down to a point and was messed all the way up get fixed I get an attitude and told I should have said it from the beginning it's common sense. Sun got an attitude with me but I disregarded it maybe a bad day, and when I called to schedule two weeks later I'm told I am no longer able to schedule an appointment and they don't want my business. If that's the way Starlight nails handles customers is not a professional business. If I can't tell you I don't like something then you should be able to take constructive criticism. Do not recommend this place ever!!!! read more

I have always been pleased with my nails when I get them done here. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my fingernails and I usually leave nail salons knowing I'll have to fix something on my own when I get home. That has NEVER happened here!!! My sister in law and I just went and both got designs on our nails and they both look exactly like the pictures. All the nail artists in there at the time were working on designs and they all looked fabulous. I even got some ideas for my next set. read more

This place is under new management and I am glad. From the first moment you walk in you feel welcomed. Ashley and Andy took over the nail salon and I am glad they did. The prices are VERY FAIR . I was able to get out less then an hour and treated like a queen. They serve free cold drinks and wine to make your stay more enjoyable. Ashley did my nails and she definitely made my day. Overall really loves my nails from here!! They have some uncharges which I have never had to pay for at any other nail place. For example I had to pay to get my nail shaped. I went here for the first time the other day, but I'm sold. I came in and asked about a walk in manicure. I could tell they were really busy so I wasn't surprised when they asked if i could come back in an hour. Because I was a walk-in, I didn't mind waiting at all, I walked around in Ross for a little bit and grabbed lunch before i headed back. I walk back in and wait a few minutes before Sen tells me I can sit at her station. Pretty clean. You can see all of the powders and supplies on the wall behind them so you know for sure it's acrylic powder. I got to take of my bracelets and one of them breaks and Sen is so nice and picks up all the beads off the ground and gives me a little baggie to keep them in. I wanted a design I saw online so I showed Sen the picture and she got to work. The length, shape and design are perfect and match the picture to a T!! It took about an hour and a half but I'm glad she took her time because they came out so nice. They also have netflix playing on two TV's. Also a plus, they have a punch card! I told Sen that I've been looking for a place to become regular and I finally found it. The whole set, shape, and design came out to $65 (before tipping). read more

If I could give more stars to Starlight Nails, I would! They saved my day!!!! Originally, I called "Nail World" close by the night before and made an appointment to get my nails done at 9am the next morning. I told them I needed my nails done because I was getting married later on in the day. I get to Nail World on time and waited until 9:15 because I understand people can be late... but no one ever came!!! I was a little upset because I told them I really needed to get my nails done. Luckily, Starlight Nails was next door to save my day. I told them what was going on and the owners were so nice and were able to give me a mani and pedi at the same time!!!! They even serve alcohol beverages while you relax and get your nails done. If you want to get your nails done in comfort and style, COME HERE!!!! They did my nails beautifully and were very nice. They say they take walk INS but I got there at 1220 pm wanted a toe polish change and my eyebrows waxed and the owner told me she couldn't do my polish change because she had an appointment at 1pm I said it's going to take you 30 minutes to polish my toes then she said I can polish but can't do your eyebrows. I used to come to her faithfully for 15 years but she started rushing and my nails weren't lasting keep in mind they were my nails with an overlay which I pay good money and she said my nails take to long. So I'm very disappointed in the service I have received. That's why I stopped going. read more

I have been going to start light nails for years along with my mom, we recently went and got our nails done and mine were perfect I loved them. But my mom didn't, not sure what the woman's name is but she didn't do my moms nails how she wanted at all.....then my mom went back to get black nails and they painted over her yellow nails very sloppy and threw diamonds on them....best part is my mom picked her nails from a picture in their nail book. She still has yellow nails underneath and they all set and laughed at her and stared at her nails...we will never come back that was just uncalled for and mean. read more

The person who did my acrylics was obviously in a rush. My nails are too thick and I told her I didn't want gel and she still gave me gel. I tired taking them off with acetone, but that didn't really work. I have two broken real nails. I never want my nail done again. This definitely ruined it for me. read more
