I only leave reviews for two occasions, horrible experience or STELLAR service. Went in today without an appointment and was greeted right away. They were able to get me right in for a pedicure and manicure which was impressive considering the amount of clients in there on a Thursday afternoon. I understand, now, why they are that busy! OMG! Had a 1pm appointment didn't get seen until 1:45pm. Then they overcharged me for my daughter's simple manicure ($60 for clear polish with a flower decal on each nail). I showed them a picture of the acrylic nails I wanted and got a TEMU version. The tips are all off centered and crooked. I went back to have it corrected and the manicurist blamed me for her poor work. Never apologized just said that they could fix it if I wanted it fixed. Then as I sat there while getting one of my nails fixed the workers began to talk about me in a derogatory manner in their native tongue. I had my phone app on translating what they were saying. I decided not to continue with any other corrections to the rest of my nails because it simply was not worth my peace nor my time. They are extremely unprofessional and lack the basic skills required for a customer service business. read more

This place was amazing! The customer service is top notch! We had several people and half of the were kids (I even had my 7 month old with me). They we so so kind to our kiddos and my baby and gave them the full spa treatment complete with juice boxes and snacks! My 3 year old got a little scared at one point and they gladly let her sit on my lap and did her fingers and toes. Can't recommend them enough and I'm so appreciative for the kindness and EXCELLENT customer service! Also, all our nails look incredible and all of us highly recommend the hot stone massage with the pedi! We will be back for sure! read more

I made an appointment w/ Julie for 10:15 to get a classic pedicure. I arrived at 10:14, and Julie was in the middle of completing someone else's nails. So they do not account for who has appointments to start with. So I told the person working the front desk that I would be okay with anyone doing my nails as I was on a time restraint, the whole reason I made an appointment. He responded "okay". So I then proceed to pick out my color and went to a pedicure chair and sat there with my feet in the water from 10:15-10:45. So I kindly asked for a towel to dry my feet so I could leave, because I had a time constraint. Then the nail tech says she can "get it done in 20 minutes" but still pay the full price for half the time of the actual service. I said no thank you. Then the man who I believe is the owner, tried to justify the situation by saying with an attitude that I booked for Julie. When I told him I'd take anyone available and Julie was not even available at the time of the appointment. Never going here again. Quality customer service and hospitality don't exist here. read more

Visiting the area on vacation. My friend and I selected the "Organic" pedicures @ $35. The salon appeared new and clean. We were seated right away. The pedestal massage pedicure chairs were comfortable. Water was run in the baggy-lined basins and the tech started my friends service immediately while my tech finished up with another client. The techs were youthful, new to pedicures (I had to advise one how to apply acetone-soaked cotton with toes nails with deep red polish to prevent smearing polish all over toes staining the skin ) and behaved unprofessionally. They gossiped about their social circle and car meet group. In fairness they did ask us if we minded if they gossiped about someone. We laughed and said go ahead but soon regretted that we didn't object once crude language was flung around. I know waaaay too much about one of their frenemies than I care. They went on to disparage 2 previous clients who claimed to have been NFL players who had the nerve to speak up about the service quality. One bragged that she was going to sell on eBay the business card with one of the gentleman's writing on the back. I had to interrupt them a couple times to please shorten our nails, to file some rough edges and to clean the polish off skin. The service ended on an uncomfortable note as one of the techs refused to work Saturday to cover for the other. Then the favor-asking tech abruptly announced she had to leave early due to her military-deployment-returning spouse. She left before I could pay and tip. I gave the remaining tech the cash so I hope my tech received the $10 tip. The quality of the pedicure service did not meet expectations in my experience. I wouldn't recommend or return. read more
