I feel so terrible that I don't remember the lovely lady's name but she made me feel like I was family. When I first walked in I requested a soak off to just get an entirely new set of acrylics but she told me what she could do to make it cheaper for me so I could save money which was so thoughtful! She got to work on my nails and we had lovely natural conversation. I've never felt so comfortable to talk with someone like her before! Then she asked what color I wanted and I picked out two, a blue and a red, and explained that I wanted to do a French tip with the colors I selected. She had never done something like this before and she executed it PERFECTLY! Not once did she make me feel like I needed to pick something else because she didn't know exactly what I wanted, she took her time to understand me and to make it look AMAZING! I loved my time there today, I wish this place would get more business!! I can't wait to go back in a few weeks for my fill and a pedicure! Sweet people, amazing work!

They had an hour and a half until closing and then they told me that they don't have time to do my nails to come back another time.... Rudely.. Next visit, the guy is pressuring me to only pick a color off of one thing of choices being a total jerk .. telling me my hands are gross because I'm a working woman... then gave me the worst set ever... I thought... that ended up with a broken in half nail after 10 days. Never in my life has a nail broken, and I wasn't even using my hands that much. Thought it couldn't get worse, but it did after I got a new set saying that they obviously didn't do something right with the last... this time first nail broke after five days? I went in to get it fixed and he was a jerk about it acting like he was doing me a favor by fixing it for me and also didn't know what color it was and painted it a literal different color then blamed me when I said it's not the same color LOL.... Two days later, four more of them fell off.. LOL An utter and complete waste of money for people that are rude and bad at their job. Wish I could choose 0 stars
