Absolutely rude owner. I have Been there about 8-9 times just because the people who worked there did such a wonderful job. but every time I call of walk in the owner will Rudely address me, correct me if I'm confused on A Service in a disrespectful tone, and the only time I cancelled and got angry on the phone and wanted a specific reason why when it is honestly none of his business. This hasn't happened once it has now happened multiple times where he has been rude repeatedly. I can understand having a bad day. But when the owner is rude to his customers just because he knows his employees will always attract more just rubs me the wrong way. read more

I went here after needing a last minute homecoming nail appointment. But i will say, save yourself some time and money and don't go to this salon, while the staff is friendly, the work is mediocre. I paid full price only for them to cut my cuticles with the buffers and my gel pedicure to start peeling 4 days later. read more

Today was my second time visiting jami's to get my nails done. I randomly decided to get valentine nails today so I called to to see if they had any space available. They put me down for 3 o'clock and I arrived a bit early. They started on my nails at 3:03. Cindy did an amazing job! Customer service here is great. They offer free waters to customers. They're a busy salon but all my need were met and their prices are great! Thank you, Cindy! And everyone else in the salon that works so hard to keep us fresh and pretty! Btw; their pedi's must be great because the chairs are always packed. Will definitely be booking one soon! See you in two weeks. read more

This nail salon is very nice and clean! I got a pedicure and a manicure while I was there. I was happy to see that they used removable liners for their pedicure tubs and I enjoyed that they didn't rush through the pedicure. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I got my nails done here today at 5pm, by appt. They seated me within 5 mins, and were very friendly about it. The lady and her husband took care of me, and the lady did my nails. I'm pretty sure they are the owners, but I didnt catch their names. She did an AMAZING job on my nails. She was so attentive to what I ask for and absolutely made sure every aspect of my nails were perfect. They both talked to me and made me feel very welcome. i started growing out my nails recently & this was my first natural manicure, i couldn't imagine a better experience than the one i just had here at Jami's. the woman who did the manicure put some much needed TLC into my cuticles & nail beds, she spent time and went back to perfect it. the environment is incredibly clean, the tools used are in sterilized unopened packaging. 11/10 would recommend! my boss (Briana @ shuga beanz) recommended this place to me and our customers, needless to say ill be coming back :) read more

Place looked cute online, wanted to try something new (shouldn't have) I sat down after picking my gel color, the lady doing my nails hurried through the whole entire thing. (I got a fill) when she pulled out all of her filing material it looked like it had all been used on 10 other people before me. She was pulling nail files from random places that were completely dirty. It took a total of 15 minutes for the whole thing. And although that sounds nice to some people.... you should know it's a timely process. I would think during the whole "covid" thing they would HAVE to be more clean. WRONG. If someone did a surprise inspection this place would be shut down in a heart beat. Not to mention the awful job they did on my nails. I'm never the one to complain. EVER. I searched for a salon open on Memorial Day and after calling 5 places from a google search with no luck I called Jami's and they were open and with walk in availability! I had never been to Jami's before so I read some reviews and decided I'd go check it out. Let me tell you how happy I am that I did! Hannah is who did my nails. I needed a full set and had a picture for reference and she KILLED IT!! Exceeding my expectations. I'm always nervous going to a new salon and a new tech because nails aren't cheap and you want what you want and how you want it, right.. Hannah delivered!! When she was done and I asked her name and she said Hannah I was excited cause I had seen her name in several reviews. I have found my new nail tech from now on!! The salon was beautiful also! I was able to get in as a walk in. The moment you walk in it is spotless and beautiful. This spa is definitely a hidden gem for sure! Q was the one who did my nails and she did AMAZING! They really do an excellent job with the "salon" portion of their business. However. I went in on the 1st of the month because they have fliers around town giving 50% discounts to military and first responders. When I went to pay though, they said they can't give military discounts because they'd go "bankrupt"... but the discount still applies to first responders. My first thought was .. you wouldn't go bankrupt for one day a month... it would probably bring more business the rest of the month. Then I go back today, not asking for the discount because it's the 17th, not the 1st and he starts telling me and my friends that his wife took all the fliers down and doesn't want to give the discount to anyone. This Asian man proceeds to tell me how unlike his wife, he still wants to give it to police officers because they risk their life when someone calls them... most of the military presence around here are pilots... who risk their lives every single day multiple times a day training student pilots to become pilots(also risking their lives daily) .... to keep this country free. To keep AMERICA the greatest place on earth to live..... which is probably why he's here in the first place. Because we have freedom and opportunity and independence. Because of our brave men and women who fight the good fight every. Single. Day. So no, I would not recommend this place. Because I don't support businesses who don't support our military. read more
